I have been a patient of Dr Khan for 12 years and have been 100% satisfied with the treatment that I received on each and every visit. The atmosphere at the clinic is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Dr Khan has so much more expertise than just internal medicine. I recommend him to anyone needing medical treatment.Mickey CastroCancer Survivor and Patient since 2009

Ive been going to Dr. Khan for a few years and hes the best Dr. ive ever had. He is very understanding and has been such a big help in my life. I highly recommend his office. They treat me like a human being and his receptionist Amber is the sweetest person in the medical field. I think extremely highly of her too, as well as all the other nurses and receptionists that work there. They even helped me through the grief when my mom passed away back in 2019. They are angels in white coats and scrubs.

Dr. Khan is an intelligent caring compassionate doctor with a good bedside manner., Most of the time. Lately cant get him to listen to my person situation. For past 4-5 visits have been less than the care Ive come to expect . He has not just disregarded my point of view but I am the patient without issue. Recently a test began coming back with positive of med I took once, once. Was about to suggest blood test and then got something new sprung on me. But thats not important here for purpose of review. Ive had my feeling hurt. Am confused and wondering if Im being treated different because I dont understand. But this is so not his personality. The doctor patient relationship seems at best strained. Thought this doctor liked me as a patient. Feel now he doesnt want to treat me. Ive been honest, done what Ive been told. Feeling left in the cold. I had blemish free patient record til recently and now being told I may be having no Dr. After doing what Im told, settled last appointment. Came in to my dr that Ive tried trusting. Now Im not filling med he said not to, he hasnt called in for me, and then been told not to abruptly stop this med. Im going to go through pain. Already shaking and having involuntary muscle spasms .DepressedSigned sincerelyConfounded and hurtPlease help me know what to do....Amie

I have had outstanding service from Dr. Kahn. I have been going there for about 4 years now. The receptionist Kelsey Christian has also done an outstanding job. Whenever I need to ask a question or need results, she drops what she is doing and handles it right then and there. Kudos to all who work there. Strongly recommend to anyone who is needing a family doctor.

Let me first start this review off by stating that I am familiar with clinics as I do have some underlying health issues. I have also moved around a lot since my job demands it and I work in IT. My wife is also a BSM. I had went to the M.D. here by the name of Khan and had seen his wife in his stead for some unknown reason. On my first visit I had told her as much as I had to offer of my medical history and all my ailments, to which she had ordered blood work and then a follow up appointment two weeks after. Both times I had visited her she seemed very professional and seemed like she was wanting to help me, and seemed very matter-of-factly. However, at the end of my first appointment it was painfully obvious that she did not even review my medical history as when I had left and went to fill my prescriptions she had prescribed me Mobic, to which I was allergic. They had called me about a half hour after to tell me not to from which I am to understand is when she reviewed my actual history. When I returned the second time as I said she was sincere and seemed very blunt about how she wished to help me and had provided me all my medications I needed. However after leaving I had found I was missing one of my prescriptions. She also told me to use the two previous I had gotten with my mobic but had not filled due to her mismanaging my medicine and me wanting to wait (something the nurse that had seen me prior to her entering the room told me is the exact same thing she herself would have done). After going home I could not locate the two prescriptions for my blood pressure medication and heartburn medication and was not given another prescription I was supposed to take. So I called the clinic and explained this to them and asked if they could have all my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy so I did not have to hunt down all of these prescriptions and deal with getting them all filled and wait around. The medical secretary said that she was not in and she would refer to Dr. Khan to which I waited about an hour. Then I got a call back from them wanting to confirm again and then she had told me that one of my medications, a pain medicine, needed to be called in. To which I said forget it I dont need it I just need my blood pressure medicine and heartburn medicine I do not care about the pain medication. So she said ok she will call me back, then I get a call from a lady named Shannon, who stated almost out of the gate that I had different stories and my stories did not match up.. As at this point I am blown away as I have never been called a liar.. and secondly why would I lie to get blood pressure medicine? She then said that she would not fill my prescriptions and then as I sit there trying to speak she just repeatedly cut me off and denied my being able to respond to anything she was saying. She laughed at me countless times, mocked me for my opinions about her not cutting me off and her professional educate, and as I sat there over and over asking to speak she just would not stop cutting me off. Finally after she had hung up on me and argued with me for almost an hour in total time, we had came to her refusing to help me, treating me worse than any other office I have ever been to in my entire life, and resulting in waiting for today for my doctor to fill my prescriptions once so I have time to go elsewhere. So I get a call just now and it was the office telling me I had to go INTO the clinic to pick up my medication and that the doctor who did not even speak to me, told me I need to find another primary care physician which I had at that point anyway. My wife heard all of the phone conversations as I was on speakerphone and was so appauled by the entire thing that she wants to file a complaint with the clinic as do I. Moral of this statement is that this place is not professional, is not out for the patient, and the doctor doesnt even have enough respect to not only talk to her patient about being treated so maliciously and to apologize for it, but went as far as to kick ME out for it and side with this horrible woman.
