My 11 month old son got sick Sunday and became progressively worse into the night. Based on his symptoms over the phone, his pediatrician advised us to have him seen before morning. We picked this location due to them having a pediatrician and good reviews. We were not disappointed. Per our pediatrician the next day, their diagnosis and guidance was perfect. Conversely, had we gone to an adult ER, my son probably would have been prescribed unneeded steroids. I am grateful we picked this friendly, professional place. Thank you for helping us respond correctly and sleep easier. I would absolutely recommend the Trusted ER for pediatric care.If you are considering local options, Cook Childrens Urgent Care Southlake’s door said they closed at 10 PM. At 9:30 PM, they refused to see my son who was visibly ill - covered in red spots with one eye swelling shut. The staff was all still there; they’d just “stopped accepting patients”.

I had the absolutely best experience at Trusted ER Colleyville! Seriously! Every single person there was so so sweet, kind, helpful.....I could keep going! Tyria was my nurse. She was just as sweet as could be, went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and tended to any needs i had. Raul was the tech and just as nice as could be! He made me laugh! Dr Bowen was very nice, thorough and informative. I will definitely go back if I or any of my family needs an ER. i highly recommend them!

I called on two occasions and the receptionist asked for my number and nobody called me back. The next day I called and the receptionist put me on hold for a long time. She asked what I needed and stayed, I remember you. When I was there she was rude. When going over my bill she stated I had a deductible and I told her I met everything and I was out of pocket. She continues to say this and then rolls her eyes and stayed yes you dont owe anything but you have a deductible. I said I met that. She then was concerned with the fact that I took two waters and two chips with me. . She. I asked for a bag she rudely told me that Trusted RR went out of business and maybe it was from giving out the bagsNow since I could not get any one to talk to me. Please dont do your normal follow up call because its clear you dont care. Thank you.

Everyone in the ER was friendly and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Nurse Jacquelyn and Dr. McNair went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this place!

From the second I stepped into the Colleyville Trusted ER I was given incredible service and most importantly I felt cared for. The front desk receptionist, Erica got me back quickly and made me feel welcomed. I was seen immediately by the nurse Kelsi and the Radiology Tech, Veronica. They made sure I had everything I needed and were very thorough getting all my medical background and contacting my family. Nurse Kelsi was so gentle and a pro when it came to putting my IV in. The most amazing part of my visit is that Dr. Battula came in to see me within 5 minutes of me being there. She took the time to talk to me and give me one on one attention and feedback. Her bedside manner was very kind and caring, she gave me great advice moving forward with my treatment plan and checked on me several times during my stay. I highly recommend this location for anyone that is in need of caring, professional emergency services.

The service was incredible. Everywhere from the front desk reception to the nurses and doctor. They were very caring, professional and made you feel like they wanted to know and help with my issues.I did not have to deal with stressed out staff and the wait and it was in my neighborhood!Top score for cleanliness, organization and appearance. They even have rooms for kids that are incredibly calming and friendly.Would definitely go back!

Great experience with Dr. Battula. And, I cannot rave enough about Nurse Jacquelyn. From start to finish these guys were caring, professional, and comfortable. The place is also spotless.

I dont usually describe ER visits as amazing, but our visit to Trusted ER was just that! They made sure my 4 year old was comfortable and entertained. The entire staff was so polite and friendly, even with it being 4 in the morning. The entire process was easy and thoughtful and I would highly recommend for children. Hopefully we wont have to visit again but this is my first choice out of other ER locations.

After having been dropped from my flight to Germany because the test I took at Phoenix Sky Harbor was not accepted and very stressful moments, coming to Trusted ER felt like heaven. The staff is wonderful, caring, and simply fantastic. RN Deborah and technician Raul as well as the wonderful registrrar Ashley took care of everything and made my visit truly great. Being an RN myself, I highly recommend the place.

First rate care for all, no questions asked.When I became deathly ill during the Covid 19 Pandemic, I was terrified if I went to a regular ER, I would be simply another statistic, pitied, patted on the head, intubated, and left to die. Not because our heroes on the front line didnt care, but because they were overwhelmed with patients and frankly, Im obese, so I know I wouldnt be a priority since my chance of survival were decreased going in.Enter Trusted ER in Colleyville. My husband was also pretty sick, so my son took me. I didnt think they could help, but they immediately took me - and my son! - back to a room and got me started on IV fluids, oxygen, steroids, antibiotics, and more. They were worried. I was worried. My son was worried. We spent 8 hours there. They tried to find a bed for me at a hospital, but they were all full - and frankly, the thought brought tears to my eyes and raised my blood pressure out of sheer panic! So they sent me home with more medications.The next day, I felt remarkably better. So much so, that I took my hubby for the same treatment.We both recovered quickly.In both cases, we were the only patients. In both cases, they never once asked Can you afford to be here? or Are we In Network with your insurer? They only cared about us. Only after we were admitted did they worry about insurance. Then they handled everything.The doctors, nurses, and staff were phenomenal. I love them!!!

Everything about this location was a great experience, from entering to exiting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Battula took very good care of me and showed genuine concern. This is my go-to for emergency needs and I will absolutely recommend to friends.

Just called and spoke with Shi…. I think that’s how you spell the name. Wow what a rude person! Very short and didn’t want to answer our question about the covid testing … just have very short rude answers … when we asked what the difference between the two she just gave us the name of the two again and refused to answer… we even went far enough to ask her if she was having a bad day and she said no I’m have a wonder day! If this is her in a wonderful day I can’t imagine what a bad day for her is. Disrespectful to a person who is ill needing help… not a place I want to take my loved one to!

Everything was amazing from the mlment we stepped in. Trusted ER helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel. Our visit was 6/28 in the evening. I am absolutely sad I cannot rememberthe name of the front desk associate, but our RN Ty and Raul treated us absolutely well. Will return 100%

I came in for a PCR Test on 06/03 at around 10pm at night. Tyria was so kind and hospitable. Raul was gentle and fast with the test. The environment was clean and comfortable. They also have complementary snacks and beverages. Overall, they made me and my grandma feel very welcomed 10/10!

Ive recommended Trusted ER to anyone flying out of Dallas to Germany. Great experience, first time at the Trusted ER in Colleyville. I would highly recommend Trusted ER and their Team of professionals if you are looking for an ER. The facility is Neat, Clean and Organized. Zinnia, the front desk registrar was friendly, helpful and got me signed in quickly. Nurse Mary, and RAD Tech JP were also 5/5 stars. They were very professional, helpful, friendly and made me comfortable. Dr Studeny Simon was great, 5/5 stars. He was professional, friendly and took the time to explain every test that was perform on me. He laid out a plan for me to follow up with my primary doctor. The next morning I received a text from Dr. Simon asking how I was doing. I really appreciated the follow up!

Quick service. Clean and a pampered feel. Snacks and goody baskets everywhere. The staff was polite and kind... I wish there was a little more urgency when we first came in and my roommate was in severe pain. But they also have to keep their cool so I guess I understand that too.

This is by far the worse medical staff I have ever had to experience. The front desk worker Shi is very rude and disrespectful, Kelsey is a nurse there who clearly had no concern for the sick. They stereotype you and provide care accordingly. I can say nurse Jacqueline was the only person who showed an ounce of humanity and empathy.The registrar Shi and I had words back and forth. I called back to ask when the shift changes so I can go back to get tested because I need a negative result prior to going to several other appointments, she advised me 6pm them called me back to say they will not provide emergency care to me.Update: I called back when the new shift went in snd spoke with a RN named Ty. She pretty much heard the story already from the earlier crew so her input was pretty Bias. I was advised this was the only way anyone would hear what I had to say. I definitely understand everyone has to be responsible for “ their place of business” as I was told but something definitely has to be looked into because when people are sick they don’t expect to be yelled at and treated poorly. I called there for help, that was it.I am asking that someone reach out to me please.

Check-in process was speedy! Nurses were friendly to my small child during the exam and testing. The Doctor visited our room shortly after we arrived. He was thorough and had perfect bed side manner. Our ER visit took only an hour and half! We will definitely visit for future emergency needs!

The Trusted Medical staff were amazing. They made you feel like they cared about you by treating you pleasantly. The staff gave me the attention I needed and did their best to diagnose my injuries. They were pleasant, kind and quick.

I gave my one year old whole milk for the first time and it did not go well. She vomited 5-7 times and all of a sudden wasn’t moving, she was totally out of it. I called 911 and they didn’t answer so the next step was to find the nearest ER. My husband and I rushed her over to trusted and I can say we left happy. Dr Wallace was very informative. Nurse kelsi had pediatric experience so it made me more relaxed when she had to get an IV in her, she got it on the first try 😀. Veronica the X-ray tech did so well with her from vitals and images, and all this happened in a timely manner because the front registrar, Shi, got us back soon as we got there. 😊😊

On 5/22/21 I walked in with horrible back pain and frustrated after having gone to another facility the day before and not having any answers. Not only did they took the time to ask my all the questions necessary and had all test completed but the treated i received from the amazing staff was incredible!!! I still cannot believe how well prepared and caring the whole staff was since I walked in! This is the place to go .. no need to go anywhere else . I never knew about this facility until last month when I have to take my son there. It’s all clean and neat. Their service was excellent. All the doctors, nurses took very good care of my son and he was made very comfortable. They also send him a thank you gift. It’s was very satisfying experience.

The entire experience was very positive and if you can call going to the ER enjoyable as a single mom with your kiddo..then it was lol. Walked in with my 7year old in the evening and we were taken to a room right away....Our Registrar, Dora got all my paperwork together for me...we didnt even sit in the waiting area! Our private room was very comfortable and Nurse Mirna was friendly and efficient. Raul l, the Rad Tech was also friendly and professional. I REALLY appreciated that Dr. Elder actually listened to me and made eye contact...didnt rush me...he also explained exactly what his diagnosis was and why...as well as the treatment plan. All of the staff acknowledged my son and even took him to pick out snacks. Next time we need ER, we will only be going to Trusted ER in Colleyville, TX. ❤❤❤

Hands down the best medical care I have ever received from start to finish.Professional, compassionate and over the top staff.The wait time to be seen and amount of time to wait for results is unheard of in the emergency medical world.If any minor medical emergencies ever occur in my future, this will be the first place I go!Dr. A actually listened to my complaints and concerns and tackled the issue which led me to have a diagnosis and treatment plan within 2 hours.I also received a follow up call from Dr. Bauer checking on me. When I went to pick up my CT CD to take to the Dr. I was referred to, Dr. Bauer came out and introduced himself to me there in the lobby.5 stars is not enough to rate the overall satisfaction that I have for Trusted ER Colleyville!!!

I love this place, the best staff, so friendly!!!!!! I received some of the best care at this ER, very attentive to my needs, really did not feel like a ER visit. Joy was my Nurse, AMAZING, Andreas was my Rad Tech, SUPER FRIENDLY GUY, and I had a GREAT Doctor, Dr. Battula was so NICE!!!!!!!

Trusted ER is the place to come if you need a PCR Test completed in 30 minutes.But the the way I was attended was off-putting and quite rude. I was told of “a slight wait” but being almost persuaded to go to another location. I don’t know what I did to provoke a response like that but you should allow the customer to make a decision of where they want to be attended. I would have gone to another location but I need to get on this flight. Never seeing me here again.(The nurses were awesome, I really appreciated their kindness and patience with us. Remember that the face of the company is the first face you see.)

We needed a PCR test in order to return to Canada. The staff here are polite, friendly & helpful. We were in and out with our negative results in less than an hour. A bonus was the recommendation by one of the nurses was dinner at a nearby steakhouse. No hesitation in recommending this facility to anyone

Went and got a COVID PCR Test for an International flight. Was able to stop in on my way to the Airport, on a Sunday no less, and get the test done. In less than an hour from when I pulled into the parking lot I was pulling out.And they ran some copies of the test and of my vaccine as well.

Probably my best experience at a Hospital ever, we had to take my daughter here for breathing problems and Hayley the receptionist was so sweet and kind. Let us know of amenities and patient with us getting the paperwork done. And the staff, Kevin, Veronica and Anna were all there helping immediately to figure out what was wrong with my baby. So kind and sweet and understanding that my daughter was scared and just crying so much. The room we stayed in was so nice, had all kinds of things for my baby and perfect for children. We loved the Harry Potter painted wall and all the paintings. Just a really lovely hospital that cares about comfort, safety and generosity. They also gave us a free blanket!

I was from out of town with an ear problem. Saw them while driving by after stopping by three urgent care clinics who required an appointment.Trusted ER took my right away, did an exam and I left satisfied.My only issue was they didn’t take Medicare so I paid cash but that was it to get checked out.

Very welcoming and comforting. I had an emergency which required an overnight stay and they exceeded expectations. No wait, quick and efficient care, warm and professional staff. Dr. Pandi, RN Kassi, and Radiology Tech JP made sure everything went well and accommodated me to the best of their abilities. The location was clean and check-in and out was simple and quick. Very hassle-free. Will definitely return to this location if needed, but hopefully not!

Dr. Solano was GREAT. Alongside his nursing staff and X-Ray technician Pat (especially the front desk Registrar Eric), he demonstrated that emergency services provided can be both professional and personable.Not only did they offer immediate assistance and ensured I was consoled after arriving with a badly sprained ankle, they were considerate regarding my financial situation and made me feel as if they actually cared about me; I received the best treatment possible.Ten stars!

Not for Pediatric!!! Even though their website and google search says so. Drove all the way here from Northlake with my sick child only for the lady at the front to be rude about it and turn us away. Irresponsible to advertise pediatric ER and not provide it.

What a great experience. My daughter ended up in the ER. From the moment we walked in we where greeted with smiles and care. Which put my child at ease. The entire staff is top tier. We were roomed immediately and had immediate care to my daughters needs. She felt so good about the experience. She forgot why we were at the ER in the first place. The ER doctor was the best. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and very good with children. My daughters ER needs were addressed, and she was sent home with multiple gifts. Talk about spoiling your patients. I highly recommend trusted ER.

Trusted ER is 100% awesome! I went to their office in severe pain but when I left my pain level was at 0. Theyre very professional just overall awesome! Two nights of cancelled flights in Dallas due to weather was getting me down and allowed my original negative covid test to expire.The welcome I received the minute I walked through the doors of TRUSTED ER allowed me to breathe again. Kayla and Christopher were so kind, friendly and professional. Everyone on the team that helped me made a big difference on the remainder of my day and travels including a complimentary uber ride to the airport. Omg we didn’t want to leave they were so nice and helpful and went above and beyond any care we have experienced. I had the most amazing experience at Trusted Medical ER center today. I needed a rapid covid test as my daughter had a bad cough and fever ( thankfully may daughter doesn’t have it). I searched many places and was not easy to get it at all...then I thought of Trusted ER. No waiting time, everyone super friendly and knowledgeable and when leaving the team gave all this goodies to my girl ...this is their standard practice. Could it get any better?

We took our little one there and let me begin by saying that the Doctor was very professional and kind. That being said one of the two Nurses was EXTREMELY rude and brash towards an already crying and scared child. My Kid was very scared already because of the illness and she was pulling him out of the bed while he was clinging, screaming and crying. The second nurse realized that it was not the right thing to do and intervened but the other one paid no heed that a child was scared and she needs to tone down her aggressiveness. I would not recommend this to anyone going there for pediatric care.

Firstly, I’d like to start that the nurse Jacqueline and registrar Michael were very helpful during my partners visit on the early hours of 4/20/21. They did their jobs unbiased and well mannered. My partner was experiencing excruciating pain in her abdomen region for hours. Not knowing if/when it would stop, around 3 am we decided to go to the E.R. When the doctor, Roy Solano, entered the room he greeted us. Now considering it was 3 am, I’d say that would be cause for a certain type of candor when dealing with a patient. Instead, however, my partner laying on the ER bed in pain, in tears, was met with the most condescending, gaslighting tone that I’ve ever heard from a medical professional in my life. Now I won’t go into too much personal detail but for context my partner had a Wellness exam at a planned parenthood earlier that day. They did tell her that she would experience some light cramping and possible spotting. This was not what she had expected. The pain was intense with no break for hours. Not quite the light cramping that had been suggested. Mr. Solano, after every question, would cut her off and try to gaslight her into thinking it was all in her head. When given an answer he didn’t like or agree with, he would be condescending towards her acting as if she was faking the pain or being crazy. He would raise his hand to her and tell her to stop if he didn’t like what she was saying. After about 30 minutes they gave her some muscle relaxers which calmed some of her symptoms. Regardless if this was a fluke incident or a serious problem, Medical professionals should always approach with respect and kindness. Had it not been for my concern for my partners medical health, he would have had an ear full from me right then and there. We will be reaching out to file a formal complaint for this ridiculously inappropriate behavior.

The service here surpasses excellence. I was greeted by Eric at the front desk. He went above and beyond to expedite the check in experience. I was then cared for by Pat, who measured my vitals with great skill and performed my lab test gently. Joy RN and Dr. Studeny were kind caring and compassionate. Although they were busy, I was treated with outstanding service, as if I was the only one there. Hats off to these true HEROS!! Thank you Trusted ER Colleyville for being there for me.

I visited on February and got taken care of by Anna, Hayley, Veronica and Dr. Adesanaje. They were the nicest people ever. I was in such a hurry to get my PCR for traveling the same day and they delivered my results in just minutes! The swab didnt bother me at all, and believe me, I have been tested in other places where it definitely did.Thank you so much for your kindness and for helping me calm down in such a stressful situation! I would totally recommend getting tested here if you are flying from Dallas! Also, they gave me the coziest blanket to keep me warm during my flight!Thank you guys! You made my day.

The only staff member that didn’t treat me like I was an annoyance, was the radiology tech. From the receptionist to the Dr, it’s made VERY CLEAR that this company ONLY CARES ABOUT PROFIT!!!!!! There was unneeded imaging done and I had my own pain medication but the doctor got kind of rude when I said I would take mine..... he sent the nurse in with THEIR medication, telling me that it was already open so I should just save mine for home. This ER seems to put money before patients and that’s unethical!!!!

I recently went to the Trusted ER in Colleyville and I am giving 5 stars to nurse Gloria and Zinna. Gloria was very king and caring with my daughter. Somebody needs to give her the nurse of the year award. Gloria was very professional and took the time to interact with my daughter the entire time we were in the ER. Has a mom, the time Gloria spent with my daughter was very valuable for me. I cant thank her enough for the kind and wise conversations Gloria had with my little 15 years old daughter. Just because of her, it was worth it to be in the trusted ER in Colleyville.Also I gave 5 start to Zinna that gave a perfect costumer service. Zinna made us feel welcome to our first visit to the Trusted ER.Thank you ladies for going beyond and give the best of yourself.

I was recently exposed to covid and concerned for my family and coworkers I needed to be tested. I called ahead to confirm they could administer the test and headed to the colleyville location. Immediately upon entering I was greeted by the lady behind the reception desk and Raul. Mr Estrada led me back to the exam room and after thoroughly explaining the test and his process. He administered the test efficiently and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the results. 20 minutes later I had my negative results and added confidence in their directions to keep my loved ones safe. I highly recommend this location, Mr Estrada and the other staff members and thank them for their professional care in these uncertain times.

The ABSOLUTE BEST PEOPLE helped my family at the Colleyville ER. We were stranded in Dallas because of covid test results being delayed from San Francisco and we couldnt board our flight. We had to rapid test and were at the ER for nearly 3 hours. And I could not have been surrounded by better people during such a stressful night for me and my 3 kids. They went above beyond to make us comfortable and cared for us in every way better than I could have ever expected. We walked out of there with everything we needed to fly the next day and more than that we walked out of there feeling so loved when we were having one of the worst days. I have thanked God several times for surrounding us with the kindest people in Dallas! I wish I remembered all the names of everyone who helped us that night so I could publicly thank yall. I had to get stitches in my hand and the team at Colleyville was awesome. Eric kindly greeted me at the front, the nurse and tech were so very helpful and caring, and Dr. Johnson has great bedside manner. I am glad I went to Trusted. Thank you guys!

On January 30, 2021 my wife and I went to the Trusted ER Colleyville for a COVID19 PCR testing. This was mandatory to travel on next day. The team at the Trusted ER took care of us, the staff was very friendly, the doctor did a great job during the exam, the technician who did the test took time to explain the process, and the staff at the reception made us feeling comfortable. Very professional and friendly environment.

This place was amazing from the greeting at the front desk to Dr. Simon and nurse joy even the X-ray tech everyone was beyond caring such a nice clean neat facility my over all experience was more than a 100%. Thank you all so much Happy New year

My wife and I visited this clinic to get a PCR COVID test for travel on 9 March 2021. It’s close to DFW so we took and Uber for less than $20. The staff was extremely efficient and nice. Dr Potla and the nurses worked quickly to conduct the tests and the results available in about 15 minutes.

Was getting on a flight to Germany from DFW and 1 hour before boarding time the gate agent told me that I needed a Covid 19 rapid PCR test within 48 hours of getting on. The test I had was 72 hours old. She suggested that I go RIGHT NOW to Trusted ER colleyville. I ran out got in a cab and it took 10 minutes to get there. I explained the situation and they did the test, it takes 30 minutes for the results and they gave me my paperwork and back to the airport I went. I DID make my flight!!!I couldn’t believe that it all worked out!Thank you SOOOOO MUCH Gloria, Veronica and the entire team atTrusted ER for the professional, expeditious attention you gave to me.Kurt.

Together; Dr. Battula, the lead registrar Eric, the RN Deborah, the Rad Tech Kayla , and the patient advocate Deanna made sure I was very well taken care of from beginning to end.Their teamwork and care was simply unmatched. I am truly grateful for their entire team making sure I was thoroughly taken care of by providing stellar patient care and service. Trusted ER Colleyville went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and paid attention to the little things. I mentioned my feet were cold , the RN made it a point to find me socks and made sure I was snuggled and tucked.During her physical examination, Dr. Battula noticed my throat was swollen and personally grabbed me a bottle of water. The RT was extremely gentle and kind hearted while performing thee most uncomfortable tests (COVID, Flu, and Step) I’d ever had in my life. While administering shots, Deborah made it a point to distract and pacify me. I must say, her technique was by far the most soothing and pleasant shots I’ve ever received.This facility offers comprehensive ER, and Radiology care from testing and diagnostics to treatment. When you or a loved one are in need, consider the advantages of care at Trusted ER Colleyville. They will take exceptional care of you. Not to mention the awesome take home “goodie bags” and plush blankets you receive. I highly recommend Trusted ER.

Dont go here for a rapid covid test they charger way to much. Go to communitymed family urgent care in southlake does it free with insurance and a cheaper charge with no insurance! They do appointments online!
