I am writing this as a professional counselor who has referred clients to Ms. Hubnik for over a decade. Those I have referred to her have repeatedly spoken highly of her professionalism and her compassion as a therapist. I would feel comfortable referring my family members and colleagues to her without reservation. Its unfortunate that mental health professionals are ethically prohibited from responding to reviews such as Mr. Cox.

We have had numerous meeting with my family and as a personal therapist. She is an amazing and smart doctor . Making an appointment was the best decision I have made. she helped our family through a difficult transition.

Dr. Hubnik is a deeply caring professional that helped me walk out of Complex Delayed PTSD and into freedom using a variety of techniques. She is kind, a fantastic listener, fun and tremendously empathetic. Dr. Hubnik was a tremendous help when my relationships were in trouble, issues that I mostly caused, which her willingness to patiently show my own shortcomings enabled me to step away from blaming others for my own issues. I also have adhd, and goodness knows I have missed appointments, but that was my responsibility, not the responsibility of a therapist to ensure my follow-through.In short, Dr. Hubnik saved my life when all hope was lost.If you are struggling, hurting, dealing with issues of the heart that seem to overwhelm, Dr. Hubnik is the right choice. I have worked with Melody off and on since I was 11 with my family, and I have to say how incredible she truly is. I have seen other therapists in the past, and I cannot stay with them as Melody has set the bar so high.

I would say Mr. Cox has his own issues. It appears he has gone to an open forum to express what should be kept in confidence. I dont believe any councilor can make or break a relationship. It is solely up to the people who are in it. Councilors are paid observers/metiadors who give their opinion. If what they tell you to do does make sense then dont do it! Must be pretty rough for Mr. Cox to air his dirty laundry on a Google review site. I have been going to Dr. Hubnik for several years and can say our sessions are usually very helpful
