The young man running the store is very polite and very helpful

Reece is the type of person every store owner wants: not pushy, helpful, knowledgeable and wants to find a good value, creating a repeat customer. After years of avoiding GNC, Ill be back again soon.

Knowledgeable employees.. Great products.. All you have to do is say specifically what you are looking for and they go straight to the product.

They have what every GNC has. If you know what you want, great. If not, you wont get any help from the guy working behind the counter. He barely had time away from his cell phone to acknowledge us and the just vaguely head nodded in the direction of what I asked for. We were the only customers in the store and now I understand why. I need to mention that this is after going by twice only to find a hand written back in 10 minutes paper taped to the door with no time stamp. I live up the street from this one and work out at the Golds next door, but probably wont be going back.

Great experience. I had a lot of questions and everything was answered and explained with patients. Customer service was a ten out of ten. The manager there, Liz, helped me and gave me great info and had an answer for every question.

I’m not sure about anyone else’s experience but i absolutely love this GNC! The associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. They care about the customer and the customers satisfaction with the products. Often I come in and can ask questions about overall product composition and they are always very engaging and offer so much information even drawing from their own personal experiences with the products. There are times when I’m not sure if I’m ready to buy into a product and they’ve gone out of their way to give me a sample so I can try it at home.Recently they have also begun to sample different products in store. I’m a person who likes to stick to the products I’m familiar with but I’m down to try a sample of just about anything. Especially a pre-workout .. since we all know the flavors of some can be a bit blech!Most of all I like the integrity of the staff. I’ve been to the other supplement stores in town and when ever I’m asked where I usually buy supplements all they do is trash their competition, which honestly speaks volumes about those companies and the culture they train and teach in their stores.When I switched over to GNC and began buying there I’ve mentioned on occasion where I previously have purchased a product and at what price and never once has an associate said a bad thing, a warning, or an unkind word about the other businesses in town. They are always friendly and offer me what they have and tell me the current deals and even try to price match.Sorry for the very long review but honestly, people go out of their way to spend time to write negative things and not often do we see enough positive. I’d like to let the management and staff at GNC BCS know that they’re doing a very good job and have secured my business and I’ll be telling and have been telling my friends and family all about them and their amazing service! Keep up the good work guys & gals!

The last 3 times I’ve tried to go here a sign has been posted saying “be back soon”. Every time I’ve gone has been well within operating hours. I have no clue where the people working here are going but they’re always gone.

Hours are posted 10-8. I got there after work at 7:15 and they were closed! It’s frustrating enough that the gyms are closed and now I can’t even get my pre-workout!

I would like to give a good review of this store, but after standing outside for twenty-five minutes past the posted opening time, I was unimpressed. GNC as a whole is a good company, I just happened to stumble upon the college kid with no alarm clock and it left me more than irritated. So not only did this individual waste my time, they proceeded to tell me the store was opened at 10am this morning. Yes, I did call the store when I got home. Theres a GNC right down the road on Rock Prairie and Longmire, I have no problem taking my business over there. If the owner is reading this, it was a young lady who answered the phone.
