Receptionist sandy(with lowercase s) is RUDE. No other way to describe her.Procedure was Thursday. It is 3:32 am Saturday I ate 6 crackers and swallow ginger ale. Why pain in right side.

The office staff was very professional and friendly and he came across as well-informed and a very good doctor.

Just awful. The receptionist has the worst demeanor of anyone I’ve ever met. I was so uncomfortable from the start, and it didn’t get better through my appointment. My visit might have gone better if the receptionist hadn’t ruined it for me to be honest, but I didn’t feel like the doctor really listened to me either. He just prescribed me a med and sent me on my way, saying my stomach is flat and I don’t have bloating. Won’t be back.

Got my husbandnin quickly when he really needed to be seen. I liked his manner very well.

I am not from this area. I had a colonoscopy completed by Dr. Ragupathi and I would trust him to take care of my children. He is a number 1 doctor in all ways.

Dr. Ragu was worn out returning from a long flight Sunday but allowed our appointment to be moved up to Monday, to serve us - complete strangers with a problem only he could solve. Later in that same week, he sprung into action when ER/ICU needs preempted our typical outpatient exam by a day. He has been excellent support since and catered to both conventional and other solutions less main stream, referrals when required have been excellent.Sandie & Teresa have been a real pleasure taking take of us, we had no idea there was so much back office work to do. Sandie this week has gone over & above the call of duty in communications one might easily term frustrating, 50s technology, tarbaby ..... poor her!Thank you all, we are so pleased!
