Dr. Houser was great. He made us feel comfortable asking questions and getting information. We will definitely be back to see him when we need another doctor visit. My daughter is 8 and he was really good about hearing her and talking to her on her level.

Dr. Houser is a knowledgeable, patient, and caring doctor. I switched over to him in the fall and since have switched my son there too. We both really like him. He has a great calm demeanor. I always feel confident with him because he seems to know what hes talking about and hes always willing to listen. He cares about his patients feeling better. The nurses are also friendly and helpful. The front desk can be hit or miss on customer service but they seem efficient at least.

Dr. Houser is my favorite doctor Ive seen in probably 20 years. BUT, the office is nearly impenetrable. I made an appointment over a week ago, let them know I was coming, and then get to the office. Due to Covid, we call to let them know we arrived. 10 calls and 30 minutes later, I finally get an answer. The answer to wait. I waited on hold for 5 minutes, then figured I got forgotten. I get a call back 10 minutes after the first contact that I would now have to fill out some paperwork. I came a few minutes early specifically for this purpose, have been waiting in a hot car for half an hour, and now we are starting the paperwork? Nope. Ill go somewhere else. Its unfortunate - like I said, I love Dr. Houser. But his staff is not doing him any favors.About a year and a half ago, I arrived for my appointment at the old location. I was supposed to get bloodwork done. I let them know at the front desk. They said OK, someone would come get me. They came and got me an hour later for my appointment with Dr. Houser. I asked about the bloodwork, and they said that maybe Dr. Houser wouldnt need it after all. I came fasting, had been sitting for an hour, and just tried to chill out. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Houser tried to find a phlebotomist when he found out what happened, but they had gone to lunch. Yes, I was there that long - from one of the first appointments until staff were leaving for lunch.Dr. Houser apologized, so I let it go and didnt write a review a year and a half ago. The administrator called to apologize, too, which was a nice touch. They promised to talk to the staff, they promised to deal with the issues. They asked if I would give them another chance, which I agreed to do. Well, this was it. Ill have to find another doctor now, which is sad. But I cannot count on the office to actually provide the healthcare I need, so I guess theres no real choice at this point.Dr. Houser, if you read these reviews, if you ever build your own practice or switch to a new health system, let me know. Ill be your first patient.
