Oh my! The correct words escape me to describe mine & my 9 yr old sons experience!! My son is absolutely HOOKED!! The Dr was so gentle yet effective & explained everything to him so he was in no way afraid!! I loved how they got us in & out in an effective but timely manner!! And they pricing….AMAZING! I’m also part of the work force who doesn’t have as much as we need during this Pandemic but the cost of the services is such that literally ANYONE is able to afford them!!

First of all, I really like that they are open when I get off work and on Saturdays. That is so helpful for me and my kids. I have a toddler t-rex and he was sure running around there. The staff was so nice and patient with it. Dr. Jenn adjusted my 2 year old, my 8 year old and me. It was much needed. The kindness and convenience is great!

Dr Seth explained everything so well and I already feel better. Looking forward to continuing.

The doctor didn’t listen to anything I said - cut me off so many times within the first 90 seconds of sitting down that I literally walked out without even getting treatment and she didn’t notice because she didn’t even listen to me say I think I needed to leave. This was the female doctor. Maybe the guy doctor is better and maybe when they first open is a bad time for first time patients to go but my experience was genuinely terrible. If you’re a first time patient and this is your only option, all I’ll say is go when they’re not busy unless you want to be treated like cattle.

Friendly staff, and it is a very quick in and out when I need it. There has been little to no wait when I walk in. After today, can actually turn my neck again. I am very glad I came.

Loveeee Dr. Seth been going for about three weeks now and its been incredible. He even sent me an email of home workouts to do, to get the most out of my visits. My upper back and neck has felt the best over these past few weeks! Definitely worth the time and money.

This was my first visit for chiropractic care. Dr. Jen explained the exam throughout and not every issue could be resolved in one visit, I felt increased movement and reduction of the pain I’d been experiencing. I’m going back!

Didnt think I would be able to afford to go to a chiropractor. Found this place looking online, and saw they had a special going. It sounded too good to be true, but I actually ended up getting more than I originally thought: a total of 8 visits my first month, an exam, then 4 visits each month after for $69 a month. Awesome doctors, great customer service, and a heck of a deal. After just one adjustment my energy levels have been off the chart. Totally worth the money.

I was referred by a neighbor. They were friendly and made me feel super comfortable. (Sometimes I get anxious to be adjusted at the neck)They really want their clients to be satisfied, which I appreciate. I was adjusted by a small petite woman and she did great. They also have strong men on staff (available different days)It seemed that they have one chiropractor per day on most days. Depending on the day of the week will determine which one is scheduled.They are quick, so the wait time wasnt long at all.They are in a very convenient location next to HEB and great places to grab a bite to eat after an adjustment. MOD pizza being my favorite.They have programs to reduce the cost of visiting regularly. Mine has a commitment of only two months to get the discounted rate.I would recommend and I look forward to trying the other Chiropractors!

They will keep charging you MONTHS after you cancel and refuse to give you a refund. There are plenty of other places around dont go to a place that scams college students out of much needed money.

Amazing he adjusted my back and I said loudly wow he said are you ok i said yes perfect that was a good wow it was so good I signed up for a few more adjustments I have been having back pains due to work but he really helped me out i dont have insurance but with the joint thats no issue they are awesome

Some doctors are ABSOLUTLEY wonderful which made up for others that I dis not particularly care for, and I am thankful there was a doctor schedule posted, however, it did really limit which days I could go in.Due to this and finances, I decided to cancel my membership. You must put in your cancelation request more then 48hrs prior to your subscription renewal. I put mine in 8 days before. The cancelation was not processed and my membership fee was still pulled. I called the day it was pulled/processed in order to find out why and I was told my cancelation paperwork was on file, but it was never processed. I was told that I would be refunded.8 days after I was told I would receive a refund, I had still not received one nor any communication regarding one, so I called to follow up. I was told that my cancelation still had not been processed and that she did not have the authorization to process it so that she would talk to her manager and follow up with me, which is a follow up I never received.I called again the next day and was told she would call her manager immediately and call back immediately which she did. I was told that my refund STILL had not would be processed and that her manager should get to it this evening. And that I could call and follow up tomorrow to see if it had been processed but that my refund will take 5-8 days.Rediclous.

Husband and I had gone because he’s been having sciatic back pain recently from work and I have chronic back and neck pain. We went in for the new patient special and Dr.Megan was very informative and had a great personality! I was personally a little nervous getting adjusted for the first time but both husband and I felt great afterwards! The whole process was easy and very quick, we will definitely be back again!

Walked in, got consultation, thorough adjustment and headed to work in 25 mins. Recommend! Dr Shaw is strong if you have a hard time adjusting other places! Roxy is friendly and sweet.

Went in this afternoon with severe hip pain. Dr. Mike asked a few questions then gave me a much needed adjustment. I walked out in less pain than when I walked in! Will be going back often for maintenance. So glad I found them, and close by too! Highly recommend!

I left a very negative review before. It was impulsive because I was upset. What I said was incorrect and The Joint spoke with me and we cleared everything up. To The joint, Im sorry. To considering customers, they do great work.

Just came in for a first visit. Dr Drew was very thorough and informative and his receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. Only time will tell if it will cure my pain, but the first visit certainly gave me plenty of hope and some instant relief.

My first experience was excellent at the joint chiropractic. Friendly staff and the doctors seem to know there stuff. I will be returning to see them regularly. I told them my problems started in the army and was offered a immediate military discount. Dr. Shaw really seemed to care and answered all my questions.

My husband and I got an adjustment here today. It was our first chiropractic experience and we both felt great leaving The Joint. We loved that it was quick bc we walked in with all 4 kids so they didnt have to wait hours for Mom and Dad to finish. Dr. Shaw (I think that was his name) was awesome! Its the first time in years Ive been able to walk a few hours without feeling dull lower back pain and neck stiffness. We signed up immediately for thier monthly package which is an amazing deal 😍 We will be going twice a week and we cant wait! Today was my first visit to a chiropractor. Dr. Drew explained the whole process and why he started his practice. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs chiropractic services.

This place is one of the bestest chiropractor, we went there for the back pain and after thorough check up Dr said that he wont recommend to do any fixes and didnt charge a penny and over that he gave an ice pack and asked to rub that, which gave me rest and releive. In all this place is where you could put your fingers on with eyes closed - live this place and people working here

I thought the place was amazing by the reviews on google.and word of mouth...but they adjusted my foot and I havent been able to walk since its swollen and sore sharp pain shooting ever since and I didnt ask for my foot to be touched they didnt work on my problem areas at all really it was a quick in and out and bye give me your money

Great place to visit and priced reasonably the only issue I have is the unused days dont roll over . Other then that back, shoulder or hip pain (in my experience) theyve got you covered .
