I floated back to my car. Thats how much better I felt after Dr. Ben and his staff worked on my lower back. I had never been to a chiropractor and was always advised to avoid them, but my trainer (thankfully) told me to call Alpha Sports immediately. Ive had a nagging lower back strain for 2+ years and after just 3 sessions I have near pain-free range of motion again! Alpha Sports shattered all of my stereotypes re: chiropractic care; the work they do is about 90% deep muscle/soft tissue--this isnt some back-cracking joint. If you exercise, skip the expensive deep tissue massage at the day spa and go to Alpha Sports instead. This is intelligent recovery for athletes and people on the move.

Alpha has a great staff. Very friendly and competent. The soft tissue work they do prior to adjustment is first rate. They also do a great job of showing preventative exercises and keep track of injuries to see what works and what doesn’t. I recommend them to anyone I know that is dealing with injuries or body pain.

Alpha Sports has completely changed my life, I went it broken and falling apart back in October 2020 and they helped put me back together. I had a really bad musculoskeletal imbalance that Dr. Ben was able to note right away during my initial evaluation.I had been to other doctors and physical therapy to find/fix the root of my problems and it turns out I was just severely out of balance.I have been going every month (even weekly) to help my body recover/heal which can be a timely process depending on the needs of your body. And oh boy did I need some help. I have had issues with my musculoskeletal system since middle school and over time with more injuries continuing to compound on top of what was already there it continued to get worse. I had never thought about trying Chiropractic care before but I’m extremely glad I did. They even introduced me to massage therapy which is something I don’t think I’ll ever go without again.Their Massage Therapist Brittany is out of this world amazing, my only complaint would be that I wish she had a double so that she had more openings. But it’s not just Dr. Ben and Brittany, it’s the whole Alpha team, they work together like a family and do there absolute best to help out their patients that come in. All of there technicians work wonders on your soft tissue and really work out and stretch those muscles that are causing you any discomfort/disfunction. I wanna give a special shout out to my girl Bree who has been the main tech that works on me but as I already stated, each and every single one of their workers are absolutely amazing! This is by far the best care I have ever received. I have gone regularly for over a year now and have noticed a huge improvement in my overhead mobility. I have also had various injuries and Dr. Ben has helped me get back to the gym extremely quick. My favorite example (most painful) was when I thought I had done some damage to my back through a deadlift. I had pain for over a week. Upon arriving, Dr. Ben diagnosed me within a minute, found I had a rib out, put it back in and all pain was gone within a couple days. Im so grateful to Dr. Ben and his incredible staff for taking care of me and keeping me on my game! Highly recommend!!!!

The service and treatment provided was on par and a good start for a severe inflammation. I was recommended to see Kennedy or Dr Ben, and did see both, who did excellent treatments. However, while waiting for my appointment to begin, I observed no one wearing a mask or shield. With the major heath crisis and state regulations for businesses to wear a mask, it concerned me deeply and before beginning treatment I expressed my concern to Dr. BenHis response was that experts he consulted say there is no proof that masks helped in slowing the spread of Covid-19. From that point on however, Dr. Ben and his staff put on masks to complete my treatment.I would like to give them a higher rating, but this aspect of my treatment made me feel very uncomfortable and has weighed heavily. This was not my first visit for treatment to Alpha Sports. In January, 2020 my sports tech who I had followed to this location gave me my last treatment before leaving the area for a new job. That visit would’ve been a 5 star rating.

Doctor Ben, and all his staff are always hands on, courteous, and professional. They listen to what hurts, what treatments have worked best for you, and then do all they can including switching things up or adding in different treatment in the middle of your appointment to try and help as much as possible before you leave. Hands down the best Chiropratic clinic in town. The also do so much more than just chiropractic work. Veto treatments, dry needling, scraping, deep tissue massage and so much more. Only place i can refer serious athletes and regular people with chiropractic needs. This place has it all been coming here since opening day. Dr. Ben has knowledge and a vast palathera of tools in his belt to get you squared away. They are also veteran and VA friendly. Q has the strongest hands in town very good for really getting in deep and working your soreness out. Q is also very gentle when he needs to be like a delicate flower for those more tender spots.

Alpha is by far the best chiropractor I’ve been to. I’ve tried other chiros in the area but I’ve never really seen results or improvement. Every time I go to Alpha I see improvement! They make you feel very welcomed and are great about getting to know their clients.

Dr. Ben and Suzete were my first experience with chiropractic care. I was always skeptical until I heard again and again how amazing they are. I had some leg pain that reared its ugly head every time I ran. I kept assuming I would heal on my own, but after over 6 weeks, I went to Alpha Sports. I had ONE SESSION and walked out hopeful. Less than 24 hours later, I was able to run with LITERALLY ZERO PAIN for the first time in almost 2 months! I always understood that shin splints were just something you had to deal with and overcome. Ben has been a blessing to work with. He actually listens to what your issues are, and then listens to your body to see what issues your body is dealing with. I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years now, and Ben is the most knowledgeable Doctor I have been around. Ben has been helping me with chronic neck issues that have been causing me dizziness and vertigo for over 5 months. I started working with Ben 2 weeks ago, and he has helped more than any Doctor I have been to. My dizziness is almost gone, and we have a plan in place to get rid of it.
