Despite all of the negative reviews, I chose this location out of convenience for me. Check in was easy, and the ladies up front were really nice and courteous. I was there for an employment drug screen and was in and out within 20 minutes. They are very efficient and I definitely recommend anyone else needing a pre employment drug screen to choose labcorp.

Made an appt ahead of time which made check in a breeze. I only leave a review when I’ve had an above average experience and want to express a special “thank you” to someone who went above and beyond. I would like to takethe time to personally THANK Sharnell ,the nurse who greeted me with a friendly and caring attitude! I’ve had a LOT OF blood work done over the past 35 years and she was hands down the BEST!! I did not feel anything....She made me feel so comfortable, that it was over before I even realized it! If phlebotomy is a superpower..Sharnell is a Shero in her field!I would’ve left her a tip if I’d had the option. Lol. I could tell that she truly cares about patients and their comfort! She gets 5 ⭐️ and a virtual hug from me!

Despite what Google maps would have you believe the LabCorp services are no longer located within St Joseph hospital but within the clinical pathology studies building identified as MOB West in the submitted pictures, suite 260.It seems years ago it was located within the St Joseph hospital but has since moved to the smaller building. Despite having all the negative reviews that you see, I can confirm that my visit was pleasant and expedited as I had already checked in online prior to my appointment. I was tended to by Cheryl who has been both courteous and professional during my brief interactions with LabCorp.The facility for the testing area is rather small and I fear that the workers may feel cramped, this is something that should be looked at by their corporate Offices as covid-19 makes it difficult to remain a safe distance from other people. I will say I am impressed with how they are handling the virus situation by limiting their waiting room capacity to eight people at a time, mandating that all visitors were protective face equipment, and are taking all the necessary sanitation procedures to make sure that there is little to no contact risk for their visitors.

Got my covid antibody test here. The test was affordable, the staff was friendly and competent, and I was impressed with how quickly it went. Also, Charnell(sp?) was great at drawing blood, I didn’t feel a thing.

Kind of a dark office and the wait was kind of long with only two people in front. Make sure you come before you are ready.

Regardless of some negative reviews, it was a good and fast service. Due to COVID19, we have to make an appointment beforehand, so no time to wait, and no one else was waiting in a room

Honesty go anywhere else.This would be a 5 star review if they could ever get their phones or fax machines working. The staff is lovely and it was very quick and efficient once they have the paperwork .They did not have our tests from our doctor and took over 30 minutes to get them. They did not give our results to our doctor. There is no way to get a hold of customer service.I literally had to make an online account and print off a copy to send to my doctor because there was no other way.I have a running theory that theyre CEO may be, in fact, Satan.

I have to do a drug test for an internship within 72 hrs. The website says they’re open until 4pm. Apparently they stop testing at 3pm. I have final exams all day tomorrow and they’re closed Saturday.If you’re a company and are looking for a place to test your applicants and employees, please select somewhere more professional and courteous. This place is neither.

I went there at 2:30 in the afternoon for labs. There doors were unlocked, lights were on and nobody was there. The hours were supposed to be open until 4:30. I stood there 15 minutes. I opened the desk window and tried to summons anyone with nobody responding. Very frustrating and very inconvenient. Who is running this place? They do not answer the phone. I would give zero stars, but I was not able to do so.

Rude and understaffed. Lots of people in the waiting room. I asked about how long it would be and the lady talked to me like I was demanding too much information and like I thought I was more important than everyone else. She said she couldn’t say how long the wait would be because she has “all these people to do”. I said do u think it might be an hour. She said she wasn’t sure because “like some of these people have been waiting here an hour and I’m the only one here.” I don’t don’t why almost all labcorp labs seem to have incompetent people working there.And it stinks in the waiting room.

Went here for a drug screening for a volunteer organization I want to volunteer at. No wait, but when I had questions about how supplements (Like biotin) I take could affect my test or if they do Chromium/Cobalt blood testing. The person who was taking my sample was completely unknowledgeable as to whether or not supplements like biotin would affect my test results and if LABCORPS could do that test. She wouldn’t even look it up. I felt rushed out of there when no other patients were there, not even in the waiting room. I tried to explain why I’m looking to get a cobalt/chromium test done and she cut me off and said “okay thanks have a great day” then went back to her computer. Very poor customer service.

Went on Wednesday for pre-employment drug test. They do accept walk-in with no appointment. Its fast! I arrived just past 9:40 and got called within 10 minutes. Not the best service, but people there were courteous. Overall a pleasant experience.

The black lady at the front desk who also gives the tests is very rude. She treats everyone that steps into the office like criminals who just broke out of prison. Some of us are coming into the office to have simple testing done for employment reasons not because, were drug addicts. If she doesnt like her job she needs to find a new one. Plus the hours listed online for Labcorp for this location is not the times she goes by. It would be helpful if the correct hours were posted so people wont have to make the commute expecting to have testing done and having to come back at another time.

My wait was very short and the technician was friendly and fast

The woman at the front desk named Sabrina, was very rude and not very helpful. She was very short with me but friendly to everyone else in the office. From reading the reviews I dont know why this woman still works here. If anyone has the corporate offices number please respond so I can call them. Obviously this isnt the first time this has happened. If I could give zero stars I would and I do not recommend this place to anyone!

All the reviews are negative and say the ladies working here are rude. I came in without an appointment for a drug test and got in and out under 20 minutes. The lady everyone here is talking about was so nice and efficient.

Would give 0 stars if possible.The only way I would give them 5 stars is if I made 5 accounts and gave five 1 star reviews.Worst experience I have ever had as a costumer. They seemed mad at me from the moment I walked into the office. They were unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

The AF american lady at the front desk was great she was kind and does a good job conceding she is the only one there too do it all.

Secretary of LabCorps told me I can walk-in M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM for drug screening. I came after work and arrived at 4:00PM and the same lady told me, Drug screenings end at 3:30PM today. Thanks for the far drive..... should have mentioned the accurate times the first time I called.

I showed up at 4:25pm, The Af Am lady at the front looked at the clock, looked at me and shook her head saying, It takes 20 minutes for your blood to sit I was like Im sorry. She said you mustve used Google we dont take anyone 20 minutes before we close at 4:30pm. In my head Im like if you know Google is sending people here later why not call Google or contact them to get corrected. She wasnt very cordial and abrupt. I wont ever come back here again and I wouldnt hire her to deal with the public.

The check-in process was pretty impersonal (an electronic kiosk) and there is no receptionist, but the lab staff was very professional and friendly.

I left work early to be at Labcorp before they closed at 4:30, as the website said. They were closed! 😡

Called to inquire about scheduling for an employee, and they hung up on me three times. Last time I was in their office and watched their receptionist, if they are indeed, pick up the phone and hang up on me. Walked out. They will NOT be receiving future business from me.

Arrived around 4pm for a drug screen but the African American woman who worked there was rude and said she stopped drug screens at 3 and told me to check the website. Yet the website said 8-5, so I drove 3hr round trip for nothing. While she literally sat there doing nothing.

Phone number says drug screen hours walk-in are 9-11 and 2-4. Show up at 2:15 and they have changed to 11-12 and 1-2.

Made me late to work because they weren’t open when they said they would be.

Worst lab ever! Takes forever! If you have another option dont use this lab.
