No one in management could answer any questions. The standard answer was we will contact corporate. Then I feel they where in hopes we would not bring that subject back up. They also seemed to talk down to you like you where a child. Murel to me had no reason to be there. He and the other upper staff are lire’s when asked direct question. Just so madding . We finally just removed our loved one out of there.I will not recommend this facility to anyone.Food was big sandwiches or meals that older people my not order or be there choice of meals. Very few comfort meals. What a disappointment.In closing, I would look elsewhere to place loved ones. Bluebonnet should be your last choice.Jon Nance

Great people taking care of there Residents ´ nice comfort living for your love ones . Caring compassionate staff . Great place to live and call home.

If you care about your family member, do not put them here. Unfortunately, Bluebonnet has had 100% turnover in staff multiple times each year during the past 4 years; from kitchen to custodial to care givers to directors. There is no continuity of care (one shift knowing what happened during earlier shifts.) If your family member needs any one-on-one care, ask about their caregiver ratios. And be very careful about what they call level of care costs. If you complain about a loved one needing more care (even if its what you already agreed to) they will raise the amount you pay each month dramatically. They will also tell you your family member can stay at Bluebonnet through end of life care -- that is unless they need more care than BB wants to provide. Then they raise the level of care costs dramatically. Monitor medications very carefully. I know of more than one resident who had medications go missing. One resident went for 5 months without having laundry or housekeeping services because the staff didnt like the cat living in the room. One resident fell in the middle of the night and it took 30 minutes for a response -- no response to necklace alarm, no response to wall alarm. Finally had to call front desk from cell phone to get help.

Met the sweetest woman doing a pedicure and helped her feel better.Helping her feel good about herself makes me feel great about myself also!!

Small community and excellent place for elders who need assisted living.

Nice facility, with individual rooms.Wifes mother seem happy there.
