Wow this place was amazing. My girlfriend and I each did a massage and then a float. Both were surreal. The tank took me about 20 minutes to get used to and after than I was in a deep trance. I listened to the music at first and then decided to turn it off once I was comfortable. I think the second time will go even smoother. Theres a head rest you can use to help keep your head up, but once youre comfortable you dont need it any longer.Miguel was an excellent host and I appreciate him making us so comfortable.

The floats are amazing and they even have student discounts. This is the best way to take some time off for the student who feels bombarded with the information overload phenomenon of our age with social media and unlimited access to information. This will help clear your mind from the fog that often comes with the information overload and stress of deadlines and what not. Debbie is one of the sweetest humans and it just makes the whole floating experience at their business even more relaxing and less stressful. Do yourself a favor and try it once. If you can get the float around I recommend it over the pod. The experience is like meditation on steroids. You’ll come out surprised at how stressed you were prior to the float. It’s insane. Try it out.

I did the hour long float. At first, the process of getting undressed and showered felt a little clunky, but once I settled into the pod I had a great experience! It is very relaxing. I dont think I fell asleep but I came out refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff at the front door was very friendly and she walked me through the process like a pro. Definitely worth treating yourself!

I first thought this place was for babies/children - the branding and logo are very strange for what the business actually is.This would be a great logo for one of those baby floating businesses like they have in Houston/Austin which is what I wanted to try out for my daughter.Anyways after finding out this is not for children I decided it would be fun for my husband after reading the benefits - was an overall good experience for him, definitely very over priced for what you get. Give it three stars by how he said the experience was. Will be interesting to see if this concept makes it here in this town.

Having read up on sensory deprivation pods for several years now, I was very excited to hear that Dinosaur Egg Float was opening in College Station. I can say that my (high) expectations were exceeded; Dinosaur Egg Float is a wonderful, relaxing experience that I am going to highly recommend to friends and family.The staff are courteous and responsive without being intrusive, and in my experience, customers are given a lot of freedom to do things their own way and however they feel most comfortable. The rooms themselves are very clean and neat, and provide customers with a wide variety of amenities such as ear plugs, skin protectant, towels, etc., as well as a separate dressing room which also hosted a variety of before-and-after care products.After your float or massage is over, customers are welcomed to relax in the lounge area with tea and water provided, which I found very classy and allowed my partner and I to share our experiences.In the end, I will most definitely be returning, and I look forward to exploring some of Dinosaur Egg Floats other relaxation experiences, as well!

This place is AWESOME! I had never floated before and it couldn’t have gone better. I felt relaxed and rested once my float was over. The receptionist was fully flooded with customers as I was leaving and still had a smile on her face as she did everything. I will forsure be booking again. For only opening about a month ago, my experience couldn’t have gone better.

My husband and I have both floated and my husband has received a massage here. We’ve always had very good service. The receptionist is very nice and handles clients and any situation very professionaly.

The owner is the sweetest lady ever and genuinely cares about helping people. Check this place out! You will immediately feel peaceful when you walk in.

Not impressed. The employees failed to make you feel welcome, and made you feel like they were just going through the motions setting my wife and I up on our separate pods. My wife’s experience was far worse than mine, which was lack luster to say the least.First they took my wife to an occupied pod, and opened it only to show her the nude occupant due to them not properly documenting that pod as in use. Second, they took her to another room only to walk in as she prepared to get in the pod. They did this to tell her she needed to wait for another pod because the backup they gave her was reserved.My experience was far from relaxing. The float session did not help me relax, nor aided in helped with inflammation or pain stemming from a pinched nerve.At the end of the day, you are ultimately paying to take lay in a bathtub with epsom salt...which you can do at home for far cheaper and less likely to be seen nude by a stranger.

My husband and I floated separately today and enjoyed our experiences. We both felt relaxed afterwards. I recommend floating alone to fully experience the sensory deprivation and allow your brain to let go of its worries and re-center your mind.

I had floated at other places before and was so glad to see one opened in college station. My experience at Dinosaur egg float & massage was amazing, the atmosphere was calming and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very happy College Station now has a float center. Extremely clean facility with a wonderful staff. I am looking forward to my monthly float.

Dinosaur Egg is a wonderful, clean and comfortable environment, so happy to see a float spa finally pop up near us!
