I do NOT understand these negative reviews! This place is Heaven sent! From the security guard to the front door ladies who check your fever to intake of paper work, the nurses, oh my Lord the wonderful people at this place are straight from heaven!!! My daughter and I came and we were overwhelmed by their professionalism, compassion, and genuine love and care! We live pretty far away and when I tell you, these people went above and beyond to make us feel loved and cared for, I Have NO Words for the comfort they provided! Angels do walk this Earth and they are right there in that office! We love you all so much and your dedication and hard work and the things you do for others is nothing unnoticed! We love you and thank you so much!!!

I arrived at 8:30 a.m. and left at 2:57 p.m. with my two little girls. This is sad and unfortunate for the community of College Park. Please avoid this health department. They are under staffed and need help.

5 hours later I finally got a form for school for my girls. The wait is ridiculous not to mention that there was literally 6 people.

Don’t want to call the women who work there rude but they don’t have good customer service. Most (not all of them) speak to you and you can tell by their tone and body language that they really don’t feel like helping or don’t want to deal with “another patient“, or at-least that’s how it seems. The city should hire more people to work there because some people are just so rude unknowingly. Hopefully someone sees this and acknowledges it.

This is truly the most terrible health department in my life all employees are rude and they dont provide any correct information the security is rude as well

I had a good experience at this clinic. Everyone was super nice and made everything really simple and answered all my questions. I thought I would’ve waited longer but I came early and my visit wasn’t as long as I expected.

The staff was great to me except the lady who Checks you out at the window but the supervisor is amazing (thanks) Richy Vanwinkle

No one answers the phone pregnant and no one will answer

I rarely come to this place but when I do I always have a bad experience. Friday 06/22/2018 I came in and the women sent me back out and told me the doctor had too many patients that day so I called back up there because I went to another location only to find out it was a chiropractor place and it was their old location smh when I called the same Chinese lady answered the phone that turned me around at the desk. I was upset trying to figure out is there anything else that we can do so of course when I’m upset I curse she told me you no curse so that didn’t do anything but make me even more upset. I wasn’t cursing her out but when your frustrated and not being heard you going to use profanity. she hung up on me so I called back and spoke to another person a black women she was nice and understanding and explained everything to me I needed to know that’s all I wanted. So she made me an appointment for Monday 06/25/2018 I came in because the doors was unlocked it was around 8:15am when I walked in and the security guard had an entire attitude didn’t ask me to walk back out the door and come in at 8:30am but she told me and said you need to read it’s on the door. I didn’t think to stop and look on the door if the doors are unlocked I would think the place is open. The customer service is horrible my appointment was at 8:45am and the nurse that was supposed to be seeing me today isn’t in she said she will be and hour late it’s now 9:38am I pulled up at 8:13am and still I await on this doctor. This is exactly why I don’t come to this ratchet place this will be my last visit in this ratchet facility and the only person with sense and professionalism is the black pretty and today is her last day. They need to get professional people in here because this is crazy. From the security to the nurses and women at the desk when you first walk in is UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I made a WIC appointment three weeks prior for 9 am I had to bring both of my children . I arrived at 7:45 am to ensure I would be on time. The doors opened at 8:30 am. I signed in first and was seen at 9:30 am. The process is to fil out paper work, see nutritionist, sign for WIC vouchers. I did not leave until 11 am. Be prepared to wait and stay for 2-3 hours

Travel clinic nurses were great!! It’s the health Dept so yes there’s a wait. Great people very organized

They are very rude I just had another baby last year and Im really thinking about reconsidering this Wic office when I had my first child this is this office I went to. They laugh in your face when talking to them they always have attitudes and talk to you as if youre a child. I tried to file a complaint so many times but wasnt able too. I wish I could give them no stars thats how unprofessional they are.

I HATE this location. The entire staff YES entire staff needs to be FIRED. I go to the one in Newnan. The staff is beyond excellent.

I wish I could give NO STARS, This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place Ive EVER been to. EVERYTIME I call Nobody ever answers the phone. Wasted my time and gas just for them to tell me they dont do check ups WHAT HEALTH DEPARTMENT DONT DO CHECK UPS and they was not able to help me or give me any information to help me. Im entirely disappointed the WHOLE STAFF needs to be fired. Ill be going to newnan atleast they answer the phones

I just moved to georgia 6 months ago and I went to get an emergency pregnancy Medicaid card. The lady there would not take my paperwork and was very rude to me. She had showed no class for herself. I was not rude to her at all. I had everything that I needed even proof of pregnancy. I have to say I had never been treated like that in my life. The people in there were rude to many people that was in there that day I was not the only one. I was so disgusted with the way they treated me I went to downtown Atlanta and they got me approve for a mediciad card that day. The people in downtown Atlanta office said they had alot of people complain that the people in college park were very rude. I will never go back there. I also filed a complaint online with them if you have an issue you should do the same eventually they will be nice or they will loose there job if enough people file a complaint online. If it wasnt for people like us they would not even have that job.

So UNPROFESSIONAL!! The lady was speed walking passed the waiting room when we were called for the immunization portion.SEVERAL People that came in after us have left before me getting the EXACT same service!Shots and Ear, Eye and Dental.After I brought in to their attention. I get an unappologetic ohh the papers was stapled together. Wasted an addition hour out my busy day that I cant get back.They are preoccupied listening to music and gossiping amongst themselves.Tax dollars wasted on people who come to work to play and chit chat.PLEASE hire some PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!

Sooooo sad dislike the way i was treated . they cut everybody appointments to throw a birthday party i know this because i had walk in on them in the office trying to talk to someone about why they cancel my appointment. They could at least call me before i made a trip . while the eat cake and sitting around some body should have gave me my vouchers . I request a change in office the one on battlecreek is sooo professional and quick .

I called to see if they see patients for a uti and the lady told me no but she can give me a number to the clinic that does. So as she proceeds to give me the number I start to punch it in my phone and she told me she will not give me the number because she hear me putting it in my phone and she will hold while y get a own. I asked her what do that have to do with her giving me the number and who do she think she is? So she hung up on me. I call back multiple times and the phone just rang and rang,on the 5th. Call back I finally get someone and told them it wanted to make a complaint and she hangs up on me! So I call back and ask to speak to a office manager and she says she was the office manager on the 1st.floor ( because she says the see patients for a uti upstairs on the 2nd floor). But she was just as u professional as the girl who hung up on me. She was laughing as I was talking to her and talking to someone else I had to ask her was she listening to me. I cant believe this I will not be going there again. I liked the Dr. But my primary care physician will be getting changed!!!!

Have to be here before 8:30 am or they will not see you

The people here are very rude and unhelpful! I moved here a month a go and have been trying to get my WIC transferred since day 2 of being here. the lady lied like she sent a transfer request so I had my original wic office fax the transfer paper over and now I am having trouble with getting them to answer the phone!

I have gone here two days in a row for service and they have been close no sign on the door and no one can say why they aren’t open only to say come back tomorrow at 2

Trash staff. Rude and disrespectful to everyone. If you dont want to actually help people find a new profession.
