Nice facility, nice people, very clean. Zack is my PT and he is awesome he listens and answers all your questions i highly recommend.

Ive first been to Pivot for a post-operation, rather complicated & painful recovery over 3 years ago (labrum tear), and continue to go back as my decaying body rebels against my stubborn desire to be active. Over the years ive been with a few of the PTs at Pivot and all of them have been top tier: professional, knowledgeable, and an earnest desire to try to improve the quality of lives of their patients. Nick in particular has embodied this and has gotten my carcass to a physical state I honestly never thought id get to again (from barely being able to walk to running 10ks, not able to hold a steering wheel to benching my bodyweight, etc.). The dedication hes shown towards listening, thinking, testing and implementing a creative and tailored recovery plan to the plethora of injuries/issues ive had attests to the level of service & care given here, I simply cant recommend this Pivot location highly enough.

I had a very good experience here. Everybody from the front desk to the physical therapists are professional, kind, and caring. Eric was my primary PT and he is very detail oriented and knowledgeable. He communicated the therapy plan and progress clearly and I had great results. Highly recommend this place!

I started going to Pivot in College Park in May of 2017 for an ACL injury as a result of an ATV accident. Considering it was my first time with such an injury and going to Physical Therapy, I was a bit apprehensive (one usually doesnt hear good things about physical therapy). However, my main PT, Nick, made it as comfortable as possible. He took the time to get to know me and what my goals for treatment were. Nick also put up with my dramatics, which was very much appreciated! Post-surgery, he was very patient with me and encouraged me long the way when I was hard on myself. I was discharged in November of 2018, yet went to him again when I decided to run a half marathon for some maintenance work since I hadnt ran since my injury. Thanks to Nick and the amazing staff (Eric, Jodie, Jasmine, and interns), I was not only able to successfully complete my half marathon, but I also walked away with useful exercises to keep me going. The entire staff was professional, but more importantly, made me feel like I was part of the Pivot family. I would HIGHLY recommend Pivot College Park to anyone looking for a great physical therapy experience, but especially my PT, Nick! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

As an employee and a patient, Ive had an incredible experience at Pivot CP. The environment is entertaining, positive, supportive and unmatched by any other clinic I have experienced. Eric, Nick, Jody and Jasmine, and the entire staff, are fun, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly and the experiences Ive had here are invaluable. I was fortunate enough to work at the Pivot in CP during my last year at UMD and my only regret was not starting sooner. I learned so much from Eric, Jody, Jasmine, and Nick as they helped their patients overcome a wide variety of injuries. The PTs and the rest of the staff were highly professional and always found a way to brighten anyone’s day. My experience here has taught me a lot that will help me pursue my own career in physical therapy. I highly recommend choosing this location if you need physical therapy in the College Park area.

I went to this facility because I wanted a place closer to home. I have gone for follow up to two issues, a ruptured disk and extensive foot surgery, a little over a year apart. Both times I had physical therapy for six weeks or more.Each of my therapists have been excellent. The staff is very observant and helpful without any hint of negativity. I would give the staff 5 stars. Because of space limits precluding use of parallel bars, I dont recommend it for anyone needing balance therapy.

They have a really good staff. Ive been going to here for the past 2 months and Im really satisfied with the service.

Came here for treatment and it was the best service I had ever had.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF EXTENSIVE THERAPY - ILL-EQUIPPED. 2 weeks after having hip surgery my son, a freshman at UMD began his PT at Pivot. With very little supervision he was sent to do exercises and left. Very little personal attention, no Stim, Ice, manipulation (All of which he received at home). After his 2nd visit he was in unusual pain in his hip, he told the therapist on his next visit and was told Well, I dont know why that is... Our surgeon told us to leave them at once. And we have.
