Jais fitness facility is clean, well lit and has versatile equipment. With her expertise in physical training, I am confident that you will achieve and or exceed your physical fitness goals. After working with Jai, I found her to be motivating, pushing me all the way to the end, encouraging and honest in letting me know where I need to improve. Jai payed great attention and remained focused on my form. Teaching me how to do every exercise properly and informing me when I deviated from that, to insure that I wouldnt cause any type of injury. At the same time, Jai was very gentle in the process. If youre willing to do the work, she will definitely guide you to a better you. Her client results speak for themselves.
