Great group of professionals. The staff is friendly and really care about their clients. I needed glasses last minute for my wedding day. They were able to get exactly what I needed prior to my wedding day. I highly recommend The Eye Doctor Unlimited!! 5 stars!!

Dr. McFarren and her staff made you feel right at home! The whole experience was great. She took the time to be personable and professional, asking detailed questions and to make sure my prescription was right. She absolutely was more thorough than anyone I have ever been to. The whole office is very COVID safe, and I would recommend this place to anyone! I am so happy to have found my permanent eye doctor.

Very friendly and professional staff. They listened to and addressed all of my concerns. There was someone at the door to check my temperature incase of covid as well.I wrote down that I was sensitive to bright light, and they kept the lights in the examination room low when they could which was much appreciated.Highly recommend

I’ve been going here 3 years and I call to make an appointment and the lady is like I’m sorry I’m booked until October ok but I still need an appointment well call back in October……I’m like wait what didn’t even ask my name or anything they will not get anymore of my money $600 just for frames that’s not even Designer

Dr. McFarren has been my optometrist for years! Theyre like family. Just learned my buddy retired, good for him! EVERYONE has always been friendly, knowledgeable, professional and ALWAYS RESPECTFUL. Nothing less!! Highly recommend doc! She is THE ONLY DOCTOR that gets my prescriptions on point, cause ya girl is BLIND AS A BAT LOL!! XOXO

My eyeglass appointment was 12/3/2020 it is now 3/14/2021 over 3 months and no glasses. Was told it will take 6 weeks then that change to 10.

Ive been a patient for years now and wouldnt trust my sight with anyone else but Dr. McFadden!

The guy that fits you for glasses is a rip off and slick talker, he charges 3 times more for frames🙄. He flirts a lot w/women and often make them feel uncomfortable. If you got Medicaid you won’t get the time of day from Fitting staff. Dr. McFerren is a good Doctor!

Scheduled appointments are always months out. First time an hour had past and did not see the doctor nor was updated on the status what was going on. Not sure was this because I was a new customer and their regular customers sustain their business but did not feel the Doctor was very time conscious. Gave them a second chance the same thing happened. No one came to say they were behind schedule.I never ended up seeing the doctor after about an hour and fifteen had pasted. If you have a few hours to spend in the Optometrist office this is a great place for you to go. The assistants were pleasant. I would suggest they schedule clients times more adequate. Allocating more time to those that need special attention, asking additional questions when initially scheduling appointments.

This was my daughters first time at the eye doctor, she was nerves but after the staff started to talk with my baby. She had a smile on her smile that could brighten any room. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!2019 - My daughter is still seeing this eye doctor Great Job****

It was my son’s first time getting his eyes checked and I will continue to take him here. Staff was friendly, wait time wasn’t long at all. The exam was thorough and all questions got answered. They have a a great selection of glasses.

I have been going to Eye Dr Unlimited for years!! The serve is phenomenal. They have a serious selection of glasses!! Charles, Eunice and Dr. McFerren are an awesome team!!

I had a great experience here, especially considering that I havent needed glasses in the past and this has been the only optometrist office that Ive been to. I got an exam by Dr. McFerren who took her time and was very personable. I also like the fact that they had a great selection of frames. They had Gucci, Fendi, Polo, and Ray-Ban. It actually took me a while to get decide which pair I wanted to buy. Thankfully one of the employees helped me decide and I got them fitted and ordered without any issues. This is one place that I tell everyone to go if they need glasses that makes them look good.

Called in today and ask them if they accepted my insurance. The lady I spoke with stated yes and I could walk in and order contacts with my id and prescription. I followed instruction and did do same day.When I walked in an hour later a woman toon my info and told me that she was not able to help me at all and would not even try because the claims from my insurance company for previous patients was being denied. She acted like it was my fault and took her frustration out on me. Basically a waste of time and rude customer service.

Very friendly and welcoming. One of the agents took me in on his lunch break and still provided top notch customer service.

The people are very friendly. However, it takes a long time for your glasses to come back.
