Jutta is working with me on an issue Ive had for a long time. I experienced improvement within 2 sessions. She made practical and do-able changes for me. I am glad insurance covered it--and I would have paid out of pocket for this progress! I think I can wrap up my problem in the 10 sessions allowed, then check in with her maybe once a month. She helped me change a few simple movement related habits with huge results.
