They quickly adjusted our scheduling needs, as our needs grew. Natalie Grimes has been an absolute gem, and was my main point of contact.Id also like to especially say that Kaya, Damita, and Kirsten were wonderful.

Absolutely terrible place to work, I should sue them for handling me so I professionally when it came to leaving for medical reasons and coming back to work! I wasn’t given proper information and then was treated like I did something wrong when called to confront these mess ups! Unprofessional company! Unprofessional Women! Just so many things wrong I can go through about this company! One star is a understatement. Don’t work for them

I believe they have the best caregivers. My grandmother loves her everyday caregiver and the ones that fill in when we need someone outside our normal hours. I dont normally give reviews, but Im so impressed with their level of professionalism and this includes the office staff. Theyre actually the only agency that answered their phone when we desperately needed help on a Friday night. Thank you Granny Nannies for all that you do.

I have had a great experience with this company. My nurse Lorraine is very patient and caring. She always talks me into walking up and down the halls in my apartment building for exercise. I hate to exercise, but once I get going I enjoy walking and talking to her. I really dont know what I would do without her. My neighbors even love her. I have had other nurses when Lorraine was unable to work and theyve all been great. I dont usually write reviews but I have worked with other companies similar to Granny Nannys and they were pretty horrible. I wont mention any names.

Granny Nannies provides care for my grandfather. One of the things I really like is the communication with the office. This is our 3rd agency and one of the problems we had was either no caregiver would show up or they would send some random caregiver without telling us. Thankfully Granny Nannies is very responsive and has crystal clear communication. His caregiver, Avril is always very professional and punctual. She really goes above and beyond. For example, she knows my grandfather loves Entemanns marble pound cake and we could not find it anywhere. She found it and really made his day when she gave it to him. Great people, great company.

Our CNS Christine has been wonderful for our mom. She goes above and beyond to be a great help and companion, and is in constant communication with my family - giving us peace of mind and a needed break from care giving.

Didnt know what to expect but from the office staff to the nursing staff they were comforting and always professional. They showed up as scheduled. I dont know what we would do without them. Thank you for giving me and my family a peace of mind.
