Guardian Home Health Care must set a low bar for their employees. Evidently, scheduled appointments mean nothing. No shows, not calling until after a sheduled appointment, having a nasty attitude. And then repeatedly doing the same proces s.maybe this company should invest in alarm clocks & efficiency training. This college park office is horrendous. Dont trust your loved one to this organization.
The communication isn’t there at all right down to the Administrator Sharon Roddie. I had some concerns and issues and reached out to the administrator TWICE, and haven’t received a return call as of yet, so I guess my concerns weren’t important. I was also told several times that equipment and home health aides services had been ordered, which I was told from the initial start of care this would be done, well three weeks later and nothing, not a call or explanation as to why these things haven’t taken place. Last resort, I cancelled the services. Poor communication and customer service. Please do what your Mission statement states.
