The doctor was very nice but I didn’t like the fact that They didn’t tell me that I’d have to pay out of pocket for my eye exam until after I got it because I could’ve went somewhere else that excepted my insurance. The didn’t have any air conditioning so the office was very hot and it smelled weird.

I called this eye doctors office which was recommended by another doctor. Talk about LAZY STAFF!! I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist asked for my name,dob and member ID asked if she can call me back to make sure my insurance was accepted with NO return call. I followed up the following business day. Another RUDE receptionist answers and says ..WELL I DONT KNOW what happened. No empathy or apology. Clearly she was not willing to assist me. I stated thats OK this service has been horrible before it could BEGIN!!! **THIS PLACE DESERVES A ZERO STAR**

I visited this place twice! Once for a diabetic eye exam and a regular eye exam. The service is extremely slow. I was an hour and still had not been waited on. There is no air conditioning in the hole place! Worst service ever. I walked out!

Scheduled an emergency eye visit at the College Park location because I had swelling, severe pain, blurred vision and redness in my eye. I waited nearly 2 hours only 2 be told it was just the pink eye and that it would run its course. I was then given a sample of eye drops to help moisturize my eyes. But I know body and something was just not right. The next day, my eye started bleeding and a thin layer of film was hanging from eye. I went to another eye doctor only Cleveland Ave. only to find out I had a more serious condition. Do your research, always be open to a second opinion and listen to your body.

These eye doctor and staff is awful and horrible the staff is rude and lazy the nurse put the wrong eye drops in my eyes the eye doctor is horrible also rude also the staff dont wear gloves when touching my eyes very bad place
