It was our first time trying this boarding facility and I do not regret it one bit. While on vacation, they called to update us about our fur babies. Each day, they provided an electronic report card that gave details of how they were settling in. During free time, they sent the most adorable pictures of them enjoying their stay. My littlest dog is a little shy around other dogs and I enjoyed knowing that staff didn’t force her to be around other dogs after noticing she might be uncomfortable. They just allowed her and her brother to enjoy free time alone. You’ll know your fur baby enjoyed their time when they’re not dashing out the door to leave. Knowledgeable and friendly staff (not to mention, they offered us a quick tour of what their room would look like)

We looked at real estate to buy our new house based on being close to this Pet Paradise location. We aren’t allowed to say the words “Pet Paradise” in our house because our girls will go crazy. The employees here love our girls like they’re family, and we love the employees right back. Gracie and Stella can’t get enough, and we recommend this spot for anyone looking for a safe and fun boarding or day camp for their fur kids. If there were ever a brand ambassador program, I would be the first to sign up because I love and trust this place so much.

Super friendly staff & they greeted each pet coming in as if it were an old friend. Facilities were clean. Loved the report cards & pictures they send on my pets during their stay, and the webcams that allow me to peek in on them. Highly recommend! You wont be disappointed!!

Pet Paradise Camp Creek took the absolute BEST care of my puppy Rocsi while we were away on a family vacay! This was our first time leaving her and we have been gone for 8 days so needless to say I was nervous the ENTIRE time! She’s super shy and timid so I thought she would be so depressed while we were gone, but when we went to get her today...she DIDN’T want to leave! She LOVED her stay there that much! The facility was super clean and smelled great when we dropped her off and picked her up! The lovely ladies in the front are so friendly and professional! You can tell they genuinely love animals. I definitely will have to bring her for day care now since she made so many new friends. My Yorkiepoo, Robbie, has a lot of anxious behaviors. His anxiety isnt helped by the fact that next door there are 4 large dogs, tied out, apart from each other, on chains all day and night,, without shelter,, who distress bark and howl constantly (were working with the county to do something about the neglect). After Robbie has been at Pet Paradise for boarding with doggy daycare, he comes home much less stressed and reactive to the distressing circumstances next door. Hes able to tune out and sleep through the noise for a bit.

They want immunization like they are actual kids. Petsmart dont ask for the fur baby life history

My Nola also has a good time. This location provides excellent customer service. Nola tends to be shy and a loner however they get her to open up share the love.

Staff is friendly and prompt. Especially helpful when trying to make a flight. We always trust Pet Paradise, usually at the Woodstock location but the Atlanta airport location is clutch in certain travel situations.

I have a complaint my dog came in on may 22nd and stayed over night. He was brought in with a blue collar and a black leash. When he was picked up he didnt have either. He did have a bath and I dont know if it could have been misplaced then. I spoke with a manager and she could not give me a solution all she was saying is she is going to keep looking for it. Its been over 24hrs and Im trying to figure out what is a solution for his collar and leash being misplaced. I love you all services and Blu my dog loves coming but I feel something should be done about his items being lost. It seems as if its being brushed off and the staff does not care but I work hard for the things I purchase.

My puppy Hennessy spent a few days here, it was her first time away from home. I have never been so satisfied about my services with a company before. All of the staff made sure that my puppy was safe, and had the best of time. I was able to watch her via camera, I also got pictures sent to me of her. Every time I called, they were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable about being away from my puppy. I highly recommend this location for any of your animals!

I’m only giving it a 2 because I used to go work there and it was ran way better. The fact that the website says a different price than what they actually charge is beyond me. They also didn’t mention anything about holiday pay. I literally paid over 500 bucks so my dogs can have 30 mins total of play time a day and to top it off I didn’t receive a pawgress report like they used to give when I worked there. I pretty much was kept in the dark on what my dogs did while they was there. One of my dogs lost weight which I wanted to know did they eat separate like I asked or did they play that hard during their 15 mins of play time.. They also didn’t tell me how many days was considered holiday extra pay either. It’s cool though I most likely will not be going back here. I’m not suggesting you don’t it just wasn’t a good experience for me. I know the staff works hard because once again I used to work here. I just had higher expectations I guess.

Boarded Yorkie for a few days, got called to verify wash & trim a day before due back. Got back called, dog not ready. Picked up an hour later. Looked ok. The next 3 day Yorkie was ill. Couldnt keep food down and diarrhea i hope it was the food change.

I brought my dog here this weekend and it was NOT good! My puppy is 5 months old and he was kept in the cage for 4 hours straight! I dropped him off at 10am for his free get acquainted day and I watched the camera from the time of drop off until i picked him up. I was checking the cameras every 10-15 mins and after 2 hours he was still in cage watching other dogs play. I called at 1:30pm and the receptionist basically told me that he didn’t have a profile set up with the facility so they didn’t know that he was 5 months old and was not neutered, which is a reason why he was locked up the whole time (this is information that should have been asked when they called to confirm the day before or when I dropped him off, the receptionist only asked for his vaccination record). She then told me that he did have a play session ( A LIE because I watched the camera continuously) and since his profile is updated he will have another play session with other dogs to monitor how he does. I kept watching the cameras until the time I picked him up at 2:30pm and he was still in the cage! I expressed my frustration with management and they only apologized and didn’t offer anything. I am very disappointed because this was my first time leaving him at a dog day care facility and I was excited for him to have a play date with other dogs. This was an awful first experience for a first time dog owner and I will NOT be bringing my dog back here!

Our dog Apawlo had a great time, the staff was very caring and the service was great too from the time we dropped off until we picked up the Webcam was great we could see Apawlo at playtime too. We will be back

Today was My Puppy Reign 1st Day going to a Doggy Day Camp.She loved it. 🙂🐶The CSR was Excellent from drop off to pick up.I most definitely will be bringing her back.

I took Charleigh to PP for her free day on a Wednesday. She had a ball. The young lady who was with the dogs was very interactive. The staff was nice. We had a death in the family and needed to board Charleigh at the last minute. After her free day, we decided to move forward with boarding instead of letting a family friend keep her. We should’ve went with our first mind. When we dropped Charleigh off, we were scheduled for a 4 am drop off. We were running late and got there a little before 5 am. We called over a dozen times and waited. We had to sit until the first shift came in at 6:30 am. We had a 6 hour drive and the funeral started at 1 pm. The first shift comes in and we find out that whoever was working the shift, left. The whole place was unattended to. With no choice, we checked Charleigh in and left. I let the young lady know Charleigh has not eaten this morning because her feeding time is at 7 am as noted in her chart. Fast forward through the 3 days, Charleigh is having a good time, playing with the other dogs. Staff seems friendly on camera. Ok. She’s ok. We go to pick her up and get in the car and I notice her eye is pink. And it’s oozing yellow gunk. I call the vet, and they do not have any openings for 2 weeks. So we have been treating it until she can get in. She also had 2 bags of food left, which meant they didn’t feed her Thursday morning. And when we got her back home she wouldn’t eat, she was more timid than usual and she was just sad. It’s been a week today and she is just now starting to eat as when we left her. I have no idea what they did to my dog but she will NOT be going back! I wasn’t going to write a review because they comped me a nights stay. I thought things happen and to let it go. But my dog is so timid, shy and this was supposed to help socialize her. After having to nurse her back to pre Pet Paradise and praying she’s ok until we can get to the vet my hearts broken for her. Also, there’s no reports and no pictures on her profile. It would be great to know what’s happening when they are not on camera.

Whether daycamp or boarding this is the best place for your furbaby(ies). They are well cared for.....the staff is AWESOME!!

We love Pet Paradise! Its a clean, spacious facility. The staff is always friendly and professional, and our dogs really seem to have a good time there. Having a pet sitter at home is best, but if you do board your animals, Pet Paradise is fantastic!

Bradyn did very well at doggy daycare and the staff was very friendly and professional. This will definitely be my go to place for my fur baby when visiting Atlanta.

My dog is very well taken care when going to daycare or boarding. They have a special on Wednesday for baths. There are cameras where you can observe your pet while there.

Glad I finally found a place that meets all my needs for my baby!! He gets some structure here and can socialize and play. At the vet he is just in a cage all day and only let out to use the bathroom. So when I can afford the price difference I prefer to bring him here. I noticed after boarding his behavior is better. When I check in on him on the cam he is always smiling, tail wagging and having a ball. The location is perfect. I pick my car up two doors down after flying in and then grab Neko and head home. Already reserving another wknd. The discounts help me alot. They really got it right with this one and the staff are all bomb too!

DONT EVER LEAVE YOUR BABIES HERE. I am in total agreement with ALL the complaints. We left our pups here for a week a few years back, and that was the worst mistake we made. A weeks worth of food was left and they came back with more than half of it. They were soaking wet and when we inquired as to why, we were told they were smelly, so they got hosed down. LIARS. They were left in their own pee because no one bothered to let them out. Our babies are fully house trained, and NOT crated...We told them that and we were told they would only be in their suite for sleep, but would play all day. NOT TRUE. This place is a danger/deathtrap to your babies. They need to be investigated. So glad we found a REAL caring place to board our babies when we travel. And NO, I do not want to speak to any of your managers. So dont even bother to ask. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, for any reason.

Paw Smith is my daughters dog. Not really sure what’s happening, but Paw is definitely getting more accustomed to being in the pet daycare. They have welcomed him and he is not as hesitant about being there any more. The staff is friendly-they greet you when you enter—it does not smell like dogs either in there—so I know they are clean. I am glad to have a safe place to leave my extended family and I have peace of mind that he is taken care of.

This place is awesome! Neko loves it and so do I. However I wish the smaller ones could use the pool too. Neko is a great swimmer with or without the jacket. I love the lady who works the play groups on the wknd. See you guys again this wknd!

In Atlanta for business and needed day camp for my fur baby while I attended a conference. I chose Pet Paradise due to location and convenience but it turned out to be a very wise decision. The staff was very personable and attentive, and the environment exceeded every possible expectation I could have thought of. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area. I know they will be my first call when future business trips come up.

My husband and I have found our new boarding facility in Atlanta! Pet Paradise is like a dream come true to our abnormal schedule, and with staff available 24/7 we are always so pleased to bring our pup here with ZERO time constraints! My dog Leo stayed at this facility Mothers Day weekend and this was not his first stay. From the moment my husband walked in with him I knew something was wrong. Lethargic not interacting with us just laying there. He’s been to 2 vets and we haven’t found anything specific wrong with him but he is not himself. I don’t know what’s gonna happen. He doesn’t move unless he’s forced to move and this is not the first time. The first time we took him he came back sick throwing up red stuff. We spent hundreds of dollars treating him for whatever happened at this facility. I really feel as if he was abused because he’s a Rottweiler and he’s a little mischievous he is totally withdrawn from us. I’m angry I’m scared for my dog and I really don’t know what to do. I do want to let others know that something is going on at this place. My dog has gone from a vibrant 2year old puppy to lying down with no life.

Pet Paradise is great. They are a clean and very friendly facility and I use them every time I need to leave town and my two pups behind. It’s the only place in Atlanta I can take my one dog is not compatible with other dogs and my other one who is. Dwayne is amazing! Give that hard working man a raise - he has excellent customer service.

Grace loves going to Pet Paradise (this one in particular)! Shes very shy when she arrives but when we pick her up shes so worn out from all of the fun she had! The staff are truly genuine and they get to know each and every pet that comes. This is our number one boarding and doggy daycare location hands down!

Our furbabies love the place. I enjoy watching them on the camera. This is our alternate place when were pressed to find a kennel. We plan to use the play date for one of our dogs.

I needed a place fast to drop off my cat and dog for the day and Pet Paradise is minutes away from the airport. The staff was so good with both my animals I just loved it. You can see the staff care. It even had a pool for the dogs. They have an awesome spot for cats with plenty of space for cats to climb and roam. Definetly recommend!

We were traveling from Texas for a conference and needed a safe place to board our dog since the hotel wasnt pet friendly. We arrived very late at night and were greeted warmly. Our dog was taken to his kennel very lovingly and we were made to feel comfortable in his well being. We called to check on him during our conference. After three days we picked him up and were given a report card on his stay. Our dog hates to be apart from us and his stress causes us concern for his happiness. We felt that our baby was well cared for and we were very pleased. The facility was spotlessly clean and the staff were very gentle and kind hearted animal lovers. I highly recommend Pet Paradise to pet owners who want their baby cared for the proper way!

Pet Paradise, college park is an awesome place. Took my dog there for boarding and day camp and the staff was excellent and very professional. The rates are reasonable and the 24 hours services extremely convenient for busy dog moms like me. I would def recommend.

Ive left my pets here and would, no doubt, leave them here again, especially if Im away for an extended period of time. The staff is loving, caring, friendly, and they are great with communicating with me. Its difficult to leave my girls with anyone because I never truly know how theyre being treated. But, my pets seemed so happy and friendly when I picked them up. I have no doubt the staff at Pet Paradise gave them lots of constant TLC!

I brought my dog here for the first time after I was in a bind to get a sitter. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. No hassle in and out, very smooth transition. They make it easy for you and take great care of your loved ones. I’m happy my little guy has a place he can go to and be safe and have fun.

I’ve been coming to Pet Paradise since it opened several years ago and let me just say that this is the best thing that has happened for my dog. I’ve seen an influx of dog boarding and daycares but none can compare to the quality of Pet Paradise. The play yards, pool, play times, treats, and the sheer love from the staff is unmatched. Why waste time at other boarding facilities, Pet Paradise is the only one I would even consider taking my dog to. He loves this place. Whatever makes him happy, makes me happy.

I had a terrible experience at this facility! I was sending my nearly 5 month old puppy to doggy day care for his trial day to see how he liked it. I picked a day that I had off work, so I could watch him on the cameras, make sure he was having fun and not scared, etc. I dropped him off around 10:15am and some of the pups were playing. My dog went right in and was having fun for about 10 minutes but maybe less. I stayed to watch him for a few minutes. I saw the people monitoring the pups start to gather them up and put them in the crates. The receptionist said they were getting ready to bring out the other group of dogs, so my dog went into the crate too. I left thinking he would be let out again after that next group had their playtime. Well, I was watching and checking the cameras every 10-15 minutes and I could see the crate my pup was in, but he NEVER GOT LET OUT and NEITHER DID ANY OTHER DOGS FOR OVER 4 hours!!! I kept checking, watching, hoping, and giving Pet Paradise the benefit of the doubt. But I kept watching him and 2:15 in the afternoon hit and he nor any other dogs were let out! I was outraged!! I drove back over there and asked to have him back and told this receptionist that he hadn’t been let out to do anything since I left. She said “Oh you must have missed his play time. We let them out to walk too.” And I told her I hadn’t and that I had been compulsively checking for hours and he had not been out. I tried to ask her their scheduled for play and she said they should get around 3 hours of play/day, but I’m not sure how that math works if they are in a crate for over 4 hours. Also, my pup is young, but he gets tired quickly and when I can in to get him, he jumped up and was ready to get out! He didn’t look or smell dirty like he does when he plays with other dogs and he had to potty so badly! I was so angry!! After I left, I also kept watching The cameras, just to see if maybe he had missed the playtime. I watched on and off every 15-20 minutes from 2:30 (when I picked my dog up) until 5pm. The dogs never got let out!! I watched the dog next to the crate where my dog was and he was in there ALL DAY!!! How TERRIBLE!!! If you take your dog here (which I don’t recommend), try to watch the cameras to make sure they get out more than just in the morning!! It’s a scam and you aren’t getting what you’re paying for, but also poor pups!!!

Smokey loves going to Pet paradise and the customer service is A+++++. Smokey has visited for day camp as well as long stays while Im on vacation and my mind is always at ease because I know he is in good hands. We are always warmly greeted when we arrive for check in and I never feel rushed going over the details of his stay. When picking up Smokey I am always given a detailed report on how he did compared to his last stay which makes me feel great because that lets me know that he has been given attention (he loves attention) and hes not just there roaming around unsupervised . Thank you to the staff at Pet Paradise for taking care of Smokey!

Nice to take your pets to stay at

This is the only place Im willing to board my pets! The facility is way better than a vet kennel, and their groomer is phenomenal. The convenience of being near the airport is just a bonus. They dont discriminate against any breed and allow you to indicate whether your dog plays well with others or not.

Pet Paradise is wonderful! My dog goes to day care here 2 - 3 times a week. The staff are professional and loving with the animals. The facility is always clean and temperature controlled (which is great for my short snout Pug)! It is located in a great location (right next to the ATL Airport and I-285), and they have great hours for the working professional. My dog has made so many friends here (human and canine companions) and he absolutely loves going!!!!

My little Bentley really enjoy himself here at Pet Paradise when were apart. His tummy was upset. The staff called to inform me and ask for permission to give him something to ease the upset tummy. I feel that Bentley is in good hands at Pet Paradise. I definitely recommend Pet Paradise to others.

It is hard to go on vacation without my best buddy Luke, but he loves being at Pet Paradise. Meeting new friends, running around the play area and having an amazing vacation with a puppy pool. He enjoyed living large in the falcon suite, best time ever!

Last minute reservation. I read very good reviews online, decided to give Pet Paradise (college park). I made the best decision. Everyone and everything was nice. My dog seemed very happy.

I’ve used them twice now to take care of my 2 pups, Layna and Mowgli. I love the more convenient pick up and drop off times, especially for a frequent traveler like myself! One of the best facilities I’ve used at a great value. They really seem to treat my dogs as if they had been my own human children.

I Was referred to Pet Paradise by a friend of mine and I’ve been coming here ever since. The staff is really friendly and my dogs come home happy every time. I have two small dogs and they are boarded in the same kennel. The facility is nice and clean as well.

I never see reviews of cat boarding so i’m always skeptical but Pet Paradise was AMAZING. We got updates daily and pictures of our baby. When we got back everybody knew his name and said they would miss him! With such a convenient location for the airport and an amazing loving staff, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to board my cat!!!

I take both my babies to Pet Paradise on Campcreek and they are wonderful with my dogs! They are well organized and greet my dogs by name. I can watch them on video during the day playing and at the pool. When we leave the house I tell my babies they are going to play with their friends and both are so excited to get in the car! I appreciate the workers there for taking such good care of Dash and Gracie Faith!

We have been using Pet Paradise Atlanta for the past 4+ years for both boarding and doggy daycare for our Bo, and every single time when we walk in the staff is so welcoming and attentive to not only us but to Bo as well. We have also used the grooming service and Erin has done a wonderful job with Bos bath and nails. It is very comforting to know that we can go out of town and our beloved Bo is in good hands!

Daisy Mae loves the crew at the Atlanta location, so much so that when she hears the words Pet Paradise her tail starts moving really fast. And she heads for the car!! We have been a satisfied customer ever since they opened up near the airport. And we travel knowing that our dog is in good hands.

Walked in and the front entrance was very clean, smelled good, and I could see all of the dogs playing. We were very impressed with how clean the entrance was. Queen got a little excited when we first walked in and the staff was very understanding and very quick to clean up her mess!

Milo is six now and has been going to Pet Paradise Atlanta since he was one. Whenever get near, he sniffs the air and puts his paw on my arm and whines anxiously. He loves it there and I feel good knowing that I’ve left him in caring hands. 😘

Whenever we travel and cant find friends to take care of our animals we bring them to pet paradise. The facility is clean and the staff is very good and makes sure to keep the animals active. Sometimes they offer some great specials so check the website. I took off a star because I do feel their pricing to be too expensive.

Ive been bringing my dog Max to Pet Paradise Atlanta for 3 years now. One of my greatest loves about him being there while Im gone is that they have improved their services to individualized care. Hes more of a peoples dog than a fellow dogs dog, and they have tailor-made his visits

We have been using Pet Paradise for several years now and our Boxer Chloe loves going there. Just the mere mention of You wanna go see some friends, gets Chloe excited and ready to get in the car because she knows shes going to Pet Paradise. Whether its for a Doggie Daycare day or a week long stay Chloe always comes home like we left her, except shes super tired from all the playing she gets in. The staff is mostly young adults but they are all responsible and well mannered. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the care that Pet Paradise provides for our Chloe. I definitely recommend them.

This Doggie Spa is Awesome. They offer so many different sevices, very accommodating and most of all cares about your pups well being. It was our first time and I had lots of questions. The staff were very patient and worked my two Shih tzus in for a next day appt. The nice staff even called me to give an update on how my pups were adjusting and the groomer even called to get specifics on grooming. I couldnt ask for more.

Coco came back happy as ever. We even liked the Pawgress report. The kennel seems super clean and my pet didnt have any fleas or bites when I picked her up. Great place to drop your pet before a trip out of town since they have coupons for parking and parking has coupons for them. Just make sure you pick up each coupon when leaving. Great place.
