Dr Marc Shepard has been my internist for about 15 years. He is a very smart doctor who is thorough. Years back he correctly diagnosed a problem Id been having for a few years that was misdiagnosed and mistreated. He got me on the right path to good health!

He is not that kind. He does not listen to what I say. He just focuses on his own documentation. Personally I think a nurse practitioner is better than him in terms of attitude and customer service.

Fair experience with the doctor, though not great however his people took my $20 co-pay in cash and then the billing department insisted I did not pay so I had to pay $20 again. Incompetent cooks.
