I was having an issue where I could not make or receive any phone calls from my software based office phone. After submitting a ticket, I was quickly contacted by a member of the Help Desk who was not only able to resolve my issue, but went above and beyond enabling me to set specific call forwarding preferences. I really appreciated the prompt help allowing me to get back to work!
Hours are unjustifiable. When the whole semester is primarily done online services should be offered on the weekends

I ran into problems with the Respondus LockDown, around 6:30 pm. I was not able to open my quiz. as I began searching for contact numbers, I soon gave up due the fact that I was unable to contact anyone in technical support because it was after business hours per each voice-recording. Technical support should be available at all times to students. In addition, your advertisement is falsely misrepresented. Your site states hrs. are from 8:30 -8pm. This is not true!
The Division of Information Technology was a life saver to me this morning! I had trouble installing software that I needed for my dissertation analyses. Within an hour, I was able to chat with a DIT representative who immediately fixed the problem and sent me on my way-all remotely! Thank you!
