I have experienced the ABSOLUTE BEST patient care at Metro Atlanta Injury. I started treatment for chiropractic therapy because I was in severe pain in my leg and hip on a daily basis. A treatment plan was designed for me and I can actually attest to the staffs knowledge, diligence, patience and professionalism in my recovery. The Owners and the Staff at this facility are pretty wonderful. While receiving care from them, I found that they have great energy, patience and made the visits a pleasure to attend while getting better. My experience at metro Atlanta was great. Hubert was very great with giving me the right stretching exercise to do daily to help with my process of healing. Hubert is very knowledgeable in his job. I also love Dr. Kristin. She is a doctor of patience, kind and very knowledgeable of what she does. Dr. Kristin also gave me stretch’s to do daily that help with the healing process. I enjoyed the staff tremendously they were friendly , personable, and super helpful during this trying time( I was referred here after an accident). After my appointment is canceled & I am told to go to a different chiropractor instead of coming back I was left very disappointed. The front desk phone operator is the one who told me that and the only one who spoke with me. This was absolutely a waste of time people have jobs and schedules to fit in with their life.It was an inconvenience for the front desk phone operator to tell me on the phone that I did not need to bring anything in for my appointment and I also told her how I got into a car accident & she still says I don’t have to bring anything in.. I even asked again when we got off of the phone and she said my appointment would be $50 for my adjustment. The day of my appointment she said I will not be able to get an adjustment and she said I will have to get X-rays at another location.. when she said I did not have to do that before again I asked her .. then while we are in person she said I did not ask her if I need to bring anything in and she said I did not tell her about my car accident.. when indeed I did.. this was an inconvenience & she even referred me to another chiropractor.

I love love love Dr. Jones she gave me my life back. I was in a really bad car accident that caused my whole body to shut down and I thought that I would never be able to walk properly again. I went to numerous doctors and nobody could figure out what was wrong with me. She took the time to actually listen to me and figure out my issue. After a few weeks I was able to walk, Hell even run again. I owe her everything. I would definitely recommend her without thinking twice about it. I been to a lot of chiropractors in Atlanta but I must say this may be the best one thus far. I love the compassion of Hubert and Shantay, they do their jobs like it really means something and they are great at it. If I could I would give them a raise and might come back just to speak to them because they really touched me in a way that , makes me want to wake up and go do a great job too.
