I have had nothing but good care with this practice and Dr. Alley. He is great at his skill and is personable, friendly and professional. He listens when I have concerns and addresses them appropriately. Shoulder surgery recovery can be long, but the staff is professional and attentive to your needs in an efficient manner.

Aside from the appointments running at least 45 minutes behind on the particular day of my visit, I was very pleased with everyone I came in contact with at Dr. Cheney’s office. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated that they were honest and explained the appointments were running late and giving me the option to reschedule or wait.When I was brought in to see the doctor the nurse was very kind and never made me feel rushed while getting all my information organized. I can say the same for Dr. Cheney. He was thorough and pleasant and explained everything I needed to know about my condition as well as treatment options. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. He was highly recommended by three different former patients and everything they said was true. He’s intelligent, caring and straight to the point. He doesn’t recommend unnecessary invasive procedures and helps the patient understand how they can be an active participant in their own recovery. I highly recommend Dr Cheney and the Bone & Joint Center.

I suffered a fall at work and fractured a bone in my arm. I found the staff and Dr. Quinn to be informative, gentle, accommodating and truly caring. Dr. Quinn and his team (and Im sure the rest of the medical staff) were just fantastic. If youre ever unfortunate to suffer any orthopedic injury, this is definitely the place to go.

Dr Cheney is a gifted doctor who is a true credit to his profession. He is very compassionate and has a genuine concern for your well being. He will take the time to explain things and make you feel comfortable with a treatment plan. I would highly recommend him to anyone with back issues.

Dr.Cheney is an amazing doctor. He double checked my back before he did the surgery just so he only had to go in once! Dr. Rosenbaum addressed my concerns about returning to work within 2-3 weeks after my foot surgery. The surgery went better than even I expected! Only needed pain management for 2 days and was back to work on light duty in exactly 2 weeks. Staff up front, clinically, and surgically were very accommodating with my busy schedule. I will need my other foot done also and have no concerns about the expert care I will receive.

Prior to Doc Roberts replacing my right hip, he took more time than I expected thoroughly answering my questions (this is my 11th surgery - my experience is most docs are in a hurry and rush through conversations). Doc Roberts provided education on hips and gave me my options. Decided to get the new hardware - Hip surgery on 1.27.20. So far, so good. Joint pain is gone. Expect to be back running in 6 months.

Very happy with Dr. Andrew Rosenbaum who did my foot surgery on 12/22/20. He takes the time to sit and talk with you which I find very important!! Also, big shout out to Ernie who took my stitches out..I was very anxious about having them removed and he was amazing!! Love the Bone and Joint Center!!

Grateful for Dr. Zimmerman and his staff (Abby) who continue to provide professional, genuine and expert care. Dr. Zimmerman listens to his patient and provides an honest evaluation. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Zimmerman.

Dr. Quinn and the staff who work with him have an easy disposition which results in a pleasant office experience. You dont feel rushed like a number in the system and instead are treated like a friend. Dr. Quinn provides treatment plan options and youre able to make an informed decision on next steps.

Dr. Cheney and his staff at the bone and joint center, go above and beyond for their patients. Cheney is a brilliant surgeon, with a very calm bedside manner. He was straight and to the point, and listened to all my concerns, before and after my surgery. With the current covid situation, he fought to get my surgery rescheduled after it had been cancelled due to covid. I am beyond grateful for his compassion towards my health. Albany is lucky to have such a skilled and wonderful surgeon in this area! He is deserving of more then 5 stars!

Dr. Lozman by far is the best doctor I have ever had. His bedside manner is on point and he always knows exactly what is going on. He requests the proper tests and treatments and has never failed me. I’ve been going to Dr. Lozman since I was around 30 years old. Almost 15 years wow. He has diagnosed my shoulder issues and my knee issues. He has worked with me when I broke my ankle and my foot. He’s caring and considerate. He referred an excellent shoulder surgeon for my calcific tendonitis surgery. I am beyond grateful for this Dr!

After having surgery and having meds that weren’t working I called the nurses at the surgery center. They told me to call my surgeon. I left 2 messages and no call back and being Friday they don’t administer narcotics/ heavy meds after 5:00 and on the weekends.
