This is a great place to call home. The 24 hour gate and security guards ensure that you and your property will be safe. I lived in a couple other places before this in south Florida and witnessed various safety issues including vandalism and theft. I never have seen or experienced any issues for the 5 years I was here. Theresa runs a tight ship and maintenance is extremely responsive and efficient.The property is maintained and there is covered parking which a lot of communities do not have. Despite being very close to the expressway, it is a quiet place to live.

If you don’t register your guests car, the car automatically gets towed. No warning or anything is given. People forget all the time! The contract that Club Caribe has with All County Towing at this complex is unfair and ridiculous especially during this time. I PAY to live in this community, I shouldn’t have to worry if my guests car is going to get towed/booted if I accidentally forget to register their car. I’m disgusted.

Not so good as advertised!! Don’t recomend!
