The front office rep was rude and condescending. I was trying to establish a new patient appointment because Dr. Bacon is the one assigned on my insurance card as my primary care physician. However, she just went on this long drawn-out tantrum of how the insurance companies shouldnt be assigning the doctor because of this that and the third. It is not what she said it is how she said it and she was just rude.

I have been going to Dr. Bacon for 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. Everything from the front desk, to the nurse, to her. She takes more than enough time with each patient. She cares, is knowledgeable, and has diagnosed problems that other doctors have not been able to. I highly recommend her on every front !

Im not really understanding a couple of these reviews. Her office is very easy to find on the first floor. The only confusion I can see is that she shares the space with another Dr., and the other Drs. receptionist is in the front. You have to go through another door to get to Dr. Bacons receptionist. Dr. Bacon is very personable. She will sit down with you and get to know you by just chatting. She has a fantastic sense of humor that sets you at ease and really seems to care and try to understand you as a person. Dr Bacon goes out of her way to communicate exactly what test results mean, what options you might have, and makes suggestions on how to avoid future problems. She also responds quickly through her on line portal - yeah Saturday and Sunday even. Always a pleasant experience.

I didnt like her she was very in human she didnt do anything to make me feel welcome or at ease she was very somber and un friendly .she is my temporary primarie i have only mett her once but i will see how it goes .

All I needed to do was sign some paperwork. The directions to Dr Bacons office are not complete. I asked the front desk where her office is, and was sent to the 2nd floor. I looked around and could not find her office. I called Dr Bacons office, and said I was in the building and could not find her office .Her receptionist told me to go wait in the lobby .I informed her I would be more happy to wait in the lobby if I could find it, and told her I was on the 2nd floor. I was then told the Dr is out to lunch. I told the receptionist that I just need to sign paper work, but id wait in the hallway. Turns out the Drs office is on the 1st floor. Im sure the Dr is amazing, but her staff is another story.
