Bob Ryder and crew show up unannounced and started performing maintenance on our unit without permission. When confronted and asked to cease his activity he picked up the doors from our unit and heaved them against a fence and damaged our property. He them got in his company vehicle and left. It was all caught on video. Needless to say I wont be utilizing his services going forward.

Bob was able to figure out the problem with my unusual request. I had a broken electric massage table and nobody else even knew where to begin to fix it. Bob came in and fixed it right away.

I hope they did what I was billed for: change the filter and oil and check for issues. I wondered what kind of fuel this Generac uses, so before I called Christina Ryder (who schedules Bob Ryder), I first called Florida City Gas to find out, and they advised that no account has ever been associated with the address (house is 4 years old and came with Generac already installed). So how was Bob Ryder able to check the Generac then if it had no power supply hmmm? I paid them $195 but have never met Bob Ryder or anyone who came out because I work out of town during their hours--however I would have been glad to take off to be there for the service had I known when Bob Ryder was planning to stop by just to find out what this Generac is hooked up to. You cant find out from Christina Ryder or Bob Ryder as they wont return calls. I called from my office phone and apparently Christina didnt recognize the number as they only have my cell, so I asked her politely how they were able to service a non-running unit, as there was no Florida City Gas connected, and also if no Florida City Gas was connected where is the propane tank ?? She advised how they cant be available to meet their customers at the location but said she would ask Bob. Its been a week and no response. If you dont want to talk to your paying customers maybe youre in the wrong business. Cannot recommend this outfit.

If you want the best installed generator at a very good price use Bob Ryder. They dont sub any of their work out, Bob does it all. You get decades of experience and hands work by a master of the craft. Bob, installed a 22kw Generac for me, that runs picture perfect.

Called in the AM and they were on time at my house the same day. Friendly, professional service.

Bob is a genius! He gave us good information about our old generator and what it would cost to repair it as it was out of warranty. He suggested we check on a new one. We did that and he installed it on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend!!! He and his wife were so nice and helpful. We would drive many miles to have him work on our generator! Don’t hesitate to call him.

After calling twice, finally received a call back schedule an appointment and they were a NO SHOW. Called office 3 times to find out why and staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I( was told that I( would just have to wait to reschedule for when he was in my area. Would never recommend this place of business.

Bob is the Real Deal! Super knowledgeable and able to handle any problem. You will not be making a mistake using Mr. Ryder.

If you are purchasing a generator or having one installed, they are the best. You will be better off purchasing from them also. It will save money.

Bob knows what he is doing and will help you!
