This physician has terrible attitude, terrible bedside manner, and berates anyone who has a different opinion than her. You cant even ask the woman a questions without an eye roll and lecture. No sympathy for a patient in pain.

Dr. Caplan is absolutely amazing!! She was so knowledgeable, sharp, and so comforting during my pregnancy/delivery! I had a little bit of a complication and she never let me worry once and even made me laugh in a stressful time! We will definitely see her again when we have another baby. Wholeheartedly recommend. The office was a well-oiled machine and wait times were always very low.

I’ve been going to Dr. Caplan for over 15 years. She is absolutely amazing! Always comforting and puts you at ease if you’re nervous. She is really easy to talk to! I’ve had several doctors in the past that don’t hold a candle to her. You won’t find a doctor better than her. She is the best!

Dr. Fair is cold with no sympathy for her patients. I wouldnt take my dog to her.Horrible doctor.

I’ve been to 3 different OBGYNs for each of my pregnancies. If I had lived here for the last two Dr.Caplan would’ve been my go to! She’s amazing! I’ve had bad experience with doctors before, but never once did I feel uncomfortable in her practice. She treated me like she’s known me my whole life. She was always apologetic if she was running a bit behind, which is rare to get from physicians these days. I also had a surgery completed by her and it was the easiest process to go through. Her staff is incredible and are quick to respond. Andrea her NP is just as amazing. If you’re looking for an OBGYN look no further than Caplan and her amazing staff!

I love Dr. Caplan she was a great doctor when I was pregnant she took care of me and my baby when his heart rate was dropping she made a the call to do an emergency cesarean. Because she have to take care of her baby until he gets here that made me feel so comfortable. When I have my second baby she will be my Doctor again Thank You Dr. Caplan for all you done.

To start, the nurse practitioner Andrea is very rude, made me very unhappy almost had me in tears how rude she was, and it takes allot for me to get there. all my questions were left without options and I would love to meet the doctor but I refuse to go back to deal with her the rest of my pregnancy.

I had my 2nd baby via repeat c-section with Dr. Caplan. She is absolutely the best. Very kind, caring and doesnt make your questions feel stupid. The whole staff was always very nice when I went in. They always returned my calls when I had a concern. I dont think I could have found a better office to go to.

This office is amazing! Dr. Caplan is very in tune with all of her patients. If you worry about something, she will ease your fears with in depth information on how she can help with the latest technologies. This is my first pregnancy and I wouldnt trust anyone else to help me through this pregnancy and deliver my child safely. Best OBGYN on the east coast in my opinion.

When looking for a new OB, Dr Calplans name came coming up and we are so glad it did! She and her staff have been so kind and caring. We are pregnant for a fifth time and sadly lost the last three. Dr Caplan has made us feel confident and cared for in this pregnancy more then any other Dr has. Would reccomend to everyone.

I just wanted to say what a good doctor Dr Caplan is. She is intelligent talented and has a fun personality even though youre dealing with things that are not so fun. She did my hysterectomy which was very serious surgery because I had to be cut open and she did a wonderful job. I think its a shame that people are grading her by things that happened in the office. You should always let your doctor know youre struggling with the office. Thats the only way they can take care of it. I would highly recommend Dr Caplan. Her degree is more extensive then most MDs. I would go to her anytime.

If youre looking for an OB/GYN, you cannot beat Dr Sherri Caplan and her staff. Dr Caplan runs her office like a well oiled machine, yet they treat you like family. Everyone there is friendly, yet professional so you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. No one really looks forward to their annual check up but Dr Caplan makes it a breeze. Shes thorough, easy going, and compassionate, and when I leave her office I always feel like I had just had the pleasure of running in to a long lost best friend. Thank you Dr Caplan, and staff, for making my visits there such a positive experience!

Dr Caplan is an awesome dr and person! She takes time with you and really listens. She makes you feel comfortable in an awkward situation lol she also has a great staff of ppl who are well informed and kind. Thank you for making me feel comfortable at my visits 😊

I called to schedule an appointment for a second opinion. The receptionist refuses to schedule my appointment stating that the office would need to be in possession of my records to even schedule an appointment that would be 2-3 weeks out. I asked their office hours, which she stated and was posted on their door m-th 8-430 and f 8-4. I arrived at 410 PM on Wednesday afternoon to drop off my records and schedule an appointment. The office was locked up tight. No one was there and there was no note on the door explaining an early departure of ALL the staff.

If I could give five negitive stars I would. Went in to appointment telling her all the bed ridden pain I was in and my symptoms and RUDELY she just kept shaking her head no and saying over me that my symptoms are not gynocological. Well after finding a new GYN that IS educated it turned out I have severe endometriois which IS a gynocological desease! There’s three painful bed ridden years of my life Dr Caplan stole from me. And rudely too. I can’t believe a Dr would be so rude and wrong.

The staff is very friendly Dr. Caplan is great, but good luck getting prescription refills or getting ahold of nursing staff to ask questions. They almost never return phone calls and I usually have to leave 2 to 3 messages over a few days in order to get my prescription refills.

Shes been my obgyn for years and I could not be happier!
