I had to visit Florida eye associates for my 2 year old son to get Glasses since not many places offered glasses for his age. I was extremely satisfied. Stacy who helped me was very helpful and nice. She went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. I recommend this place to any one who needs glasses.

My first time at this Cocoa Beach location I waited over an hour to see the doctor. I understand that things happen so I let it go. The second visit I went in I also waited over an hour. I got my prescription and then went into their eye glass store. Their selection is not very stylish, maybe their clientele doesnt care?. I spent about 45 minutes and then settled on a pair that was in a small section off to the side, a little more updated styles. I sat down at the desk to place the order and found out that the store side of the business doesnt take my insurance. The cost of the glasses would have been over $1200. Why would the doctor/exam side and the store side not think about their customers and accept the same insurance plans? 2 hours wasted and no glasses. I went home and did some research, ordered 3 pairs of glasses online from Warby Parker, spent $900 and will be receiving a few hundred reimbursement from my insurance company. The next visit I was having their treatment for dry eye. After another hour wait Im pretty frustrated but I thought maybe he special treatment was why I waited. Yesterday I went in for a follow up and to see about contacts. I arrived at 2:15pm, the exact time of my appointment. After 45 min I told the staff that this was unacceptable, she told me I was LATE for my 2pm appt. I showed her the text msg reminder that said 2:15. Another employee approached and said the doctor was ready for me. So I stayed, went into the exam room. I sat there for another 15 minutes, no doctor. I left. This is obviously how they OVER book their appts. My time is of equal value to that of the doctor. I have wasted over 3 hours sitting at that office waiting. I do not appreciate the disrespect from them and I will not return.

Walked out without glasses OR contacts. I WASTED my health insurance by having my exam here. The doctor tried 2 pairs of new brand of contacts Ive never tried before and claimed Id never be able to wear them due yo spinning/discomfort which I understand with a astigmatism. I called back 2 days later, frustrated, and asked if I could try the trial pair of Acuvue Oyasis for Astigmatism that I used for a year with no issues. They said sure, no problem. Called me the next day saying I wouldnt be able to use those either/see well out of those either. Uh, what? Maybe its the brand difference that matters. And like I said, Ive used that brand for a year or longer with minor spinning, etc. Legit have never had an eye doctor refuse me basic level stuff like this. Guess they want me to talk around blind.Im now going through Walmart, which is where I shoulda went in the first place. I told Walamart what this place did and they were like, Huh? You walked out without contacts and/or glasses? That sounds pretty unethical. Its also frustrating because I work 6 days a week, had to take OFF to be able to get new glasses/contacts, but instead I got nothing. Good DAY, sir!The people at the Cocoa Beach location were nice, but unfortunately that doesnt help me be not blind, lol. Also, I had the longest eye appointment of my life at this place. I was there for an hour and a half. Eh... sorry, but Im not retired and have stuff to do.

So I stepped on my 320$ 180° Glasses and was 2000 miles away from home and we spotted this place. Well we went in and the girl working there took my glasses and repaired them within 3 minutes and then said let me repair your nose pads and when she was done we tried to give her a tip for the service and amazing joyful attitude and she said she couldnt take the tip. In short they fixed my problem professionally and I would Highly recommend this to everyone

Will never go there again, I needed to see a eye doctor for an issue with my left eye, not for an vision check. Was charged $190.00 Eyes dilated and an assistant checked my vision with the usual charts, doctor walked in for 20 seconds, said I need glasses, and handed me a prescription and walked out. I was speechless, still having issues with my eye, and will have to find a reputable eye doctor now. What a joke.

If you are ok with a Tech doing your vision screening, then you will be ok. I had the worst experience ever with just that. I went for my annual exam, and the tech did my screening, to which NO Doctor checked be sure everything was correct. The hand me my prescription and off I go to get new glasses. New glasses come in and I cant see 20 feet in front of me. Of course my first thing is Lab made a mistake. 3 pairs of glasses and 2 labs later, I still cannot see 20 feet in front of me. Go to their office and SAME tech takes my glasses scans them and says they are made to prescription and that they are right. Ok then why cant I see? She blames the lab. Long story short I finally went to another Eye Doctor where the actual Doctor did my exam. You know something is wrong when his first question is who did this to you? Followed by do your glasses make you feel sick? Ever second of every day. My RX was not just a little wrong, it was COMPLETELY wrong. End of story I can now see YAY!!!! but think about this, are you willing to trust your vision to a tech? I wont ever again.
