My wife and I did not make the decision to secure home care easily.Our father has dementia, and could sometimes behave erratically and verbally threatening. Synergy Home Care has well trained caregivers that patiently worked with dad and they knew how to handle his outbursts and memory issues. Please dont use this company if you value the heath and well being of your loveones. How they managed to score 4 stars is totally beyond me. I gave Brandy a schedule of when I needed care for my father and it was totally disregarded, she sent care givers when she wanted to. Some days no one came leaving my father home alone without food or meds. Im at my wits end with these people and as soon as I can change agencies I will.

I have never been so dissappojnted in a health care agency.UnreliableDisrespectfulThe CNAs will not care for ur loved oneManagement, namely kevin, is disrespectful rude and unhelpful.They are inconsistent.My mother was left unattened by caregiver in a place where she could not get up to go to the bathroom. I recieved a call at work from my sister doesnt even live there to tell me. No1 from thw agency attempted to contact me so i could at least leave work. When i called i spoke with kevin who berated my family and i and hung up on me because he didnt think it was his problem.Cnas rather be on their phone pr outside smoking instead carinn for my mother. They dont show up no1 calls. The level of inconsistency and unprofessionalism and lack of care from an agency that works with disabled individuals and families in need of dire help is disgusting.Save ur family and loved ones the trouble. My mother served her country just to be let down in her time of need.If i could have given this company negative stars i would have
