Great staff took good care of my Grandma D the therapist and nurses are AMAZING

I hope you are pleased with our hard work and resilience.*In reference to your comment - Rehab specialists were mostly excellent. Took over a month to see my speech therapist for the first time. The office/billing is awful. Not only did they not provide treatment records to my insurance company, but continue to refuse to provide them to me as well. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend.Amensed: the new billing specialist, Jeremy, helped resolve this issue with professionalism and patience.I am not updating the rating or prior review as I still had a bad experience with the firm; however, Jeremy deserves special recognition.

Sam of Coastal Staff Relief has provided me excellent Physical Therapy care for my Right Knee Total Replacement recovery. I am recovering faster than expected with his blend of light heartrd approach and tough workouts. Sam assess my needs at each visit and adjusts therapy based on needs, progress and comfort. I plan to request Sam when I get my Left Knee replaced.

Mom & I have been so happy with this group. Particularly her PT (Gunjan GG Gupta) and her OT (Gopa Kuttainnair). These two men have done more to help my mother than any other group we have had in the past. They have treated her wonderfully and with the utmost of respect and professionalism. They are true assets to Coastal Staff Relief but mainly (I say this selfishly) a true asset to my mothers recovery! Thank you!!

We received Occupational and Physical Therapy services from Coastal, and were very pleased with the quality of the therapy and the results. Kristen, Sam, GG and Gopa were all very nice and supportive.

I had shoulder surgery and was unable to perform most activities. My arm was was in a sling 24/7 for 6 weeks. The physical therapist , GG worked with me several times per week to help me obtain my endurance and gait again. He is knowledgeable, profeasionaland caring.Thank you GG of Coastal Staff Relief Home Health !!

Used Gunjan Gupta PT who came to my house for 3 weeks. He is extremely smart, very patient, and has great common sense. I would highly recommend Gunjan and Coatal Staff.

This company did a great job giving home services to my husband. Alex, Chelsea, Letcia were all wonderful, timely, and attentive We hope to be able to use this company again if necessary!

Used this agency for my family member. Very helpful. They called and went over benifits up front so I knew what to expect. Told me I had to wait for my supplies to be approved and ordered. Left me with enough until I got my order. Wound healed would use again.

This was the best care for my father out of many that I tried.

Very unprofessional nurse and office help lack communication. They are doing wound vac care on my husband. a nurse didnt do it right and created another wound. They lie about conctating your doctor and dont order the supplys that you need.our doctor was very upset with thier care ,that we had change to a different wound care clinic. Office people whitney and Donna tell you one thing.and find out later they never follow through with sending information to your doctor .Ive been very stressed with this home health company. I would not suggest anyone to use them . they lack organization.Very unprofessional and some nurses dont want to do thier job correctly. My husband has been in so much discomfort due to there neglecting of placing the wound vac correctly and caused another wound area.

Derek is my OT with Coastal, he is excellent. I couldnt ask for better help than I get from him. My shoulder feels better than it has for a long time.

Very unorganized. I have a family member left without care for multiple days due to lack of communication and follow up to doctor orders. Unacceptable.

The times available for nurses to come out was limited and she wasn’t super friendly. BUT she drew blood like a champ so that’s a plus.
