Purchased passes for myself and my kids on Groupon. Passes were for 6pm on a Friday and we waited in line for 30-40 minutes before getting our wrist bands to jump. Lots of parties were scheduled that day apparently. Also, make sure you and your group keep your wristbands on at all times. My 2yr old ripped his off within 30 minutes. He and I walked off of the jump area to get water and when we returned, one of the employees asked for his wristband. I explained he tore it off and I couldnt find it in my pocket. The employee said I needed to go to the front desk a ask for another one. Um, not gonna happen when we had 30 minutes left of jump time and the line looked packed at the time. I ended up letting my other kids continue jumping and I played with my 2yr old until our time was up. The kids enjoyed themselves, thats what matters
Ita a nice place and is very fun but there are definitely down sides. For one there is always a long line for just entering. Once in you have lockers and seats which are great for getting settled in. When I was there they had a couple of stuff shut down which was annoying. I understand that kids love jumping but they often get in your way. My favorite part was the slide, however if your not careful you can hit your elbow on the slide. In the corner of the park there are 2 swings. One is the kind you sit on and jump into the foam pit. The other you hold on with your arms. However the one that you hold on with your arms is a good distance away and you have to jump to get on it. I can already see the amount of people that have dislocated there arms on that. Other than that the place is fun, expensive, but fun.
Clean, well run, and easy to watch my kids while they have fun. Memberships are the way to go if youre going to go more than once a month. Well worth it.
Just went for my sons 6th birthday (no party through them, just us going for the day), and it was pretty epic! We got tickets and did waivers online, as well as bought the Defy grip socks you need to use that have some cool design options for kids. We missed our initial time to go jump by 15 minutes while we got settled with lockers (free and easy to use, though small so getting a backpack in is a little tight, we just used 2) and bathrooms (squeaky clean!), so we had to get a new color-coded wristband for our time and then wait in line for the very short showing of rules. We went for two hours, brought in our own water bottles and didnt buy snacks this time. I have two 6 year olds and a 2 year old and worried the toddler couldnt do anything, but there were plenty of other littles having a blast! Taking turns on equipment was mostly smooth between kids, the only thing we avoided was dodgeball due to some unruly teens playing too aggressively with it for my kids. Staff was nice and helpful. Its a little pricey but well worth it for the 2 hours!
Went to celebrate my son Friends party had an amazing experience staff was really nice strict on rules which I love because my 3 year old is autistic and was able to have fun and stay safe with rules enforced…. Dora was able to help us and was on it thank you again for this day of fun 🤩 a staff that knows what they doing makes everything go by smooth… we will definitely be back!
If there is any mistake regarding being overcharged, you will have a very hard time getting a refund or a credit because all billing is taken care of through their head quarter. We are still waiting for a refund for a double charge back in July. This makes things really impersonal.
My son fell off one of the steps and the back of his head was cut open, rushed him to the ER and he received 4 staples! I didn’t get the chance to see what caused the opening but it must of been something sharp that was not covered properly! 20 minutes later I received a message from a friend that was still there a child got hurt in the same area with blood all over his face. They need to make sure these areas are fully protected!
Spencer greeted us and got us set up for the fun. The park is great with a good variety. Bummer that some areas were closed last night though. Junior helped us make the most of our experience. Great people and fun place!
Very good place for fun. mostly for kids. but me and my friend enjoyed here. but we are over than 18 😂
My son loves Defy in Clovis. I bring him here to have fun, jump, and get his energy out. Even though we are there for an hour it feels like we’ve been there longer. If you’ve never been, your child will have fun and will thank you haha.
This place was truly fun, family-friendly and well-maintained.
We showed up about 10 mins early but you need more time to get wristbands, fill out waivers (sometimes they don’t go through so check email for confirmation, if you didn’t get the confirmation, so it again just in case), and put things in lockers (especially if you have kids). The staff was really nice and helped us with everything! Lots of things for small kids to do as well as teens and adults. They also have observer wristbands for those not jumping. Worth it!!
My 7 year old kept telling me how I should try it out because he had been there a lot of times and I hadn’t yet. I went today and had so much fun. I’m not young like the kids there but had a blast. The workers were all very nice and attentive to all the attendees. We shall enjoy Defy for many years to come.
The place was clean and smelled great. I was afraid there would be a sock smell since this was my first experience. The kids had a great time! All the other kids were respectful and sweet. The staff was attentive and courteous! We are definitely coming back. Great job Defy!
Overall a good experience. A little confusing as to what areas smaller kids are allowed to go. Definitely go inside the trampoline area with your children if they are small. They even have a sign stating that little ones should not be left unattended. One spot was down for maintenance but other than that most of the areas were open. Some areas are a little risky for smaller kids but there was staff around monitoring activity in the facility. I think the big slide needs to be watched by staff a little more, but it was Saturday and very busy. Give it a try...the kids loved it!
It’s really not worth it because 3 people is 76$ for half an hour and there 1 Gatorade is already 5 I mean hey if you want to spend a lot of money you should go there but other than that yeah it was fun the trampoline are very bounce they got a lot more stuff than other trampoline park do.
My daughter had a super jump today. Crowds we’re good. Environment was positive. Workers upbeat and jumpers having a great time.
This was our first time playing here and We had a great time. It was wild and there were kids everywhere but I really appreciated that their were employees all around to watch and make sure that people were safe and telling those that were not follow the rules to stop. As a mom of small kids it is helpful to have other eyes on kids that may cause trouble. We love how big it was and all the different obstacles and things to jump on. We can’t wait to come back again
Always fun and clean. My only complaint is when they dont have enough staff to have all of the attractions open. I am usually just a spectator while my child plays. Our last visit, I decided to pay to jump as well and couldnt do the only attraction I wanted to do.
We got memberships in May for the summer. It was a great deal and we really enjoyed them when we were using them. However, trying to freeze or cancel memberships is VERY difficult and shady. A male working at the Clovis location told me in August to CALL the day before our auto payment to cancel, however, we were charged the day before in August. So, we have had a membership we havent used since mid August. Find out we need to cancel online, okay, I do, 9 days prior!!!! STILL got charged and staff cant help. The email given was a bad email. Seriously disappointed with the customer service in such a fun place!
Its an awesome place for kids to hang out and play. I dont like that people leave their shoes under a table to save it for themselves when seating is 1st.come 1st serve and there are free lockers for your shoes.
Lots of fun for people of all ages! Just one jump and you are sent right back to your teenage years. Try it out, you won’t be sorry. Every day is an adventure, live it at Defy!!!
My daughter and I went at 1730 for my granddaughters birthday and she is 4. I really don’t think that older teenagers should be jumping on trampolines where there is 2-4 year olds and a 18 month old and older kid jumped right through where they were and could have seriously hurt them! Myself, my daughter and her husband were there as well. There should be more people coming around to check on the jumpers more to keep an eye on those who ruin it for the rest.
I’ve been to defy twice now and it’s always been a blast if you need some affordable fun any day of the week defy is your go to. The amount of stuff they have compared to other trampoline parks is crazy and it’s never insanely packed to the point where you have to watch where your jumping or walking every two seconds which is definitely a major plus. The snacks and things are also not too expensive either which is nice bc trampoline parks tend to end up being a decent workout so to be able to grab a snack or pizza and a Gatorade or energy drink without breaking the bank makes a difference. They also have a couple trampolines that are extra springy to do tricks and stuff that definitely make them so much better than all the other parks in town and all over.
I’ve been to other trampoline parks across the valley, but this one is by far the best. There are many trampolines, but they also have mini obstacle courses that remind me of the American Ninja Warrior. A great place to have fun and get some good exercise.
We checked in before they called for the next group to leave the floor. As I was putting my granddaughters socks on her they began letting the next group on the floor. When we walked up to go out on the floor we were told we would have to wait for the next group. I realize it’s only 15 minutes but since we had checked in before the group started I don’t understand why we had to wait. It’s definitely not because they were crowded because there wasn’t many kids there. Then they announce you aren’t supposed to race and to be aware of your surroundings. They had at least 10 kids chasing an adult through out the whole floor, running in between little kids (toddlers) and almost knocking some of them down. Very disappointed!
Every time we go the kids have tons of fun and don’t want to leave. Great options for kids of all ages.
We had the best time at Defy with our grandson today. Thought 1.5 hours would be too long but it was just right and we hit every station multiple times. When we needed to there was always a place to sit and watch if we weren’t participating. The only thing we didn’t like was there wasn’t enough tables and chairs to sit so we can enjoy a drink and a snack. Definitely will go again!!
Place was packed but the experience was still very very nice there’s quite a bit of obstacles for kids of all ages and the music was nice as well kept the vibe going!Downs: bathrooms where pretty dirty
Was very busy for the weekend, as usually. Facility was clean and well staffed. Very happy with experience.
The facility is great. The kids have a great time! BUT The check in and he membership process is AWFUL! I made a reservation with a group of friends for 1pm. The website didn’t work to make reservations so I called the facility. They wouldn’t make the reservations over the phone so I had to drive down there. When I got home, only two of the reservations were made and I had to call again and strongly suggest they make it over the phone. They told me they would and I hung up. When we arrived a few minutes before reservation time, we stood in line for 35 minutes in our “membership express line” while the non membership line moved at least twice as fast. We had to weasel our way into the floor because we missed TWO separate entrance times standing in line. What is then point of the membership and express line if it takes longer than all other lines. It was kinda a mess.
Definitely not a place for all ages. Would suggest no surrender if you have younger kids.
Pretty cool place for kids. My son had a blast! And its huge inside
Absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! We were greeted by the fabulous staff and helped through everything. We go in the arena area and there is so much to do and so much fun to be had!! We traded our day passes for a family membership!!! Cant wait to come back! Excellent Customer Service!!!!!
Took my family ages 2-13 it was a fun time. The only complaint was the person who’s in charge of telling everyone the rules before going in to jump wouldn’t let my almost 2 year old in 3 minutes after his cousins because he missed them reading off the rules. We had to wait another 15 mins until he could jump and “hear the rules”. Which made no sense because as we waited in line she only held up the sign and talked to the first few kids in line before letting everyone in.. we could barely see or hear her at the back of the line and she made no effort for us to… and like I said he’s not even 2 yet.
Cashier Angel helped me get the help I needed with his manager to upgrade my day use pass to a summer pass once I found out about the options at the counter after purchasing online passes. No block walls or attitudes just helpful resolutions. Kiddos had a blast, nice location and activities, thanks
Super fun for kids and adult! Fam always has fun when we go here. I hadnt been here since covid when I visited last and I was sad to see that there wasnt anyone helping with the trapeze and swing so kids were taking advantage of little ones and they all just had to jump to the trapeze 😬 also bring back the zip line please 😁
Perfect place to bring the family to escape the summer heat. Fun for all ages. The Elite Family Membership pass is the way to go if you plan on going more then once a week. Definitely worth it.💯💪👍
Absolutely gonnq get a membership! Its cheap and fun! Wide open space, so no one gets in your way, you just have to look out for kids. The obstacle courses are a blast. My wife and I had a great time. Staff is very chill
Cashier was awesome and pleasant... however the young girl checking bands was rude and needs to learn customer service.
In pretty sure I was the oldest one there. Everyone was so sweet. Im glad I could laugh at myself. It was a blast.
The park is really nice with diverse areas for children to go around and explore.
They should change the whole making people wait 15-20 mins after getting their wristbands. Also make sure attractions are opened up. Other than that great place to take the kids and fun for the parents to.
Terrible service. Don’t waste your money. Kids had a terrible time. Staff members are college kids that don’t know anything and don’t explain rules.
Amazing time!! Definitely should go. The staff is so cool 😎
Great experience. Food :/ but just don’t come hungry and it is the best jump place in town
Good times. Good healthy family fun. Lots of supervision for safety. Family friendly music. Clean and well maintained. Variety of activities for all levels and ages.
The employees were really kind and helpful. The children also loved it there and had so much fun!
Love taking my littles there on the weekday mornings.
Great experience. Staff was understaffed but those that did work did a great job with keeping up . Much appreciated. Dealing with kids is a lot lol
Extremely fun place for me and the family, but there were several features not in service on our visit.
Fun place, organized, clean, new fun stuff. My kids love it. Sure we will come back for summer fun
It was clean and the workers were helpful and eager to please.
Had a great time with the kids. Def recommend to others.
Dora and Jasmine were very nice! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! We were glad they were able to fit us in without a reservation. Thank you again!
Had a great time . Fun stuff to do
Lots of staff, conscientious and friendly. The place is clean and well-maintained. So much fun for my energetic kid!
Well organized, clean, and orderly. The counter folks were helpful and as efficient as I think they could be. They could use more help at the counter though. Kip
Defy has been our go to place for our family every weekend. They treat us like family and recognize us when we come in! Randy has always gone above and beyond and our kids love him! So glad you are reopened again!!
Facility was clean, organized, and it was easy to social distance from other kids 👍
We purchased the summer pass and have already gone several times. It pays for itself quickly if you enjoy this type of activity. I appreciate the separate members only line, making it quicker to check in. Ive observed several employees cleaning throughout the location. This makes me feel more comfortable as I wait for my kids. The one negative thing Ive noticed is several of the staff do not seem very pleasant. There are not very many smiles from them and they do not seem to want to be there. I was told by one of my kids that the staff is mean. I asked why and she explained that during a Dodgeball match she accidentally hit the referee and was told if she does it again she would not be able to play. Upsetting, but she still enjoyed herself.
It was absolutely lots of fun Add my kids had A-blast
Fun activity for the whole family. Staff are professional and appear to be looking out for everyones safety.
My family absolutely love Defy! We were bummed when they closed last year but we’re super stoked that they’re open again! The crew is super cool and good with the kids. I’m not so stoked about the mandatory masks for kids that are toddlers, but all the kids are touching stuff at the same time. But I guess that’s the way life goes right now.
Great place with a lot of fun but I think its a little wrong to have to pay for a 10 month old baby who cannot even walk yet just because the baby is inside the jumping area being carried. Keep that in mind if you have older children but still need to watch your infant.
Would not recommend until all of their attractions are functioning properly and are open. Most of their cool attractions were closed. The ones that are open need staff and staff are not attentive and do not help when you ask for someone to open one up for you. There needs to be some sort of discount for the lack of attention and for attractions not being open. Its also hot No AC no fans and I wasn’t the one jumping. We asked staff to open the slide up he said wait 10 mins since he was monitoring dodgeball area all for him to go help a group of kids for something else and still after he was done he still didnt come to help us. Very disappointed for the money spent NOT WORTH IT
Is a good place to bring your children to spend energy
Had a great time jumping around at this trampoline Park lol. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and everyone was happy and helpful.
The kids loved it! Good timez. And now they’re worn out
Kids seem to have fun and seem to be clean enough
A great place to let the grandsons get out their excess energy, especially in the July heat!
Really fun definitely recommend going if youre just looking for a good time 👍
Clean, active fun for everyone! Good variety of cool trampolines and other equipment. Friendly staff and clean facilities.
Always a fun place to go bring your own food and drink though
My daughter and her friends love this place. I love that it tires them out!
My family and I had lots of fun! The kids loved it
It was actually fun I liked it had a lot more than the other trampoline places
Fun place, its packed 24/7 though they def let to many people in at once. Makes the trampolines seemingly dangerous
Fun for the whole family, laid-back atmosphere.
Everything was so fun and I want all people to come and try defy clovis
Absolutely cool. I highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you all for a great job. Thumbs up.
Our family had so much fun for our nephews Birthday party the only down side was if you wanted something from the snack bar it took a long time because there is only one person doing all of that.
Purchased 3 passes for my grandkids and driven out here 3 times this weekend. Closed during business hours on all 3 visits. Not answering phone, email, no voice recordings or clear direction on the door about reopening times. Ridiculous. Had reservation for the first jump time and left my number, they should have texted about an unexpected closure.
My children had a great time. Was a bit understaffed for the Sunday we were there but overall a good experience.
It was great! The variety is awesome and staff is so attentive and helpful. We loved it
I took my 7 yr grandson there , he has a membership , first time going since Covid reopening. Things were going good then upon going on the rings,, some foam from the ceiling fell in his eye. I tried to help make it better but with no avail,, now he says he never wants to go there again😔
My 4 year old and my 6 year old loved it! It wasn’t crowded at all and there was plenty to do. My kids didn’t want to leave.
Our family had a blast we would definitely come back thank you to the representative at the counter that was able to help us because the Groupon tickets did not go through you still able to give us a good discount thank you from all of us here from Seattle thank you we will definitely come back and we would recommend you to any family that is looking to take their friends family members on an outing thank you once again
My girls love there time spent jumping and the food stand is a great addition only down fall is no seating area with plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy your meal other wise than that its an awesome place for any age to have a blast will definitely take my girls again.
It was so fun! The kids had a wonderful time playing and jumping!! I will definitely recommend!!!
Great place! The kids had a blast! The staff were friendly.
First time there today with my son we had a great time! Will be coming back with a bigger party next time!
WE LOVE DEFY ! They are clean and safe and very understanding of my sons special needs
Everything was clean and staff was helpful. Great experience!
Everything is good until theres a wait for 2 hours so make sure you buy tickets before going .
Now that COVID has calmed down some we have been really enjoying this place!!! The staff has been so friendly and helpful! We’ve even got quite a few people to buy memberships with us so we can go unlimited together.
