The girls in the front we’re awesome. They worked very hard to fill my prescription when other pharmacies could’ve cared less. I highly recommend them. Stay away from the bigger chain pharmacies. I really appreciate their help!Signed,Paul Foster

Only came here, because my husband liked this pharmacy. They dont refill timely at all, also medicine has been off count several times. They never seem to have their medicine stocked up ever. There have been several times when I had to been told its there, then I go & its not there. Management should work on these problems with the employees, but he wont.

Go local! Best pharmacy in the area. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. Never going back to a chain pharmacy.

Recently made a trip to Peachwood Medical Center and needed to have some prescriptions filled. Conveniently located, I was in and on my way in less than 10 minutes. I love that I was able to get my vitamins &supplements at a fraction of the cost of buying online. My new go to for my Gluten/ Dairy digest capsules! I am so happy to have a neighborhood pharmacy that provides my prescriptions but also quality supplements for my health an overall wellness. Would highly recommend.

The second star is just because this was the best pharmacy when Qua was there it has gone downhill fast. Customer service under Dereks command is almost non existent they seem overstressed bc they probably are and it seems they are not able to keep up bc its probably true. They try to blame u first and not take ownership or even investigate or write notes for followups. It is really a shame because they have some of the best products.

Very attentive service and friendly staff. A nice surprise for a local pharmacy especially in the 2020 COVID environment. It was a much better experience than my last visit to my local CVS. Script Pharmacy made my quick visit to Peachwood Medical even easier. 10/10 would return.

I have lived in the Central CA my whole life and it took me a few “misses” before I found Script Life Pharmacy and now, I have been a customer with them for over 10 years! The staff at Script life have always been timely, responsive, empathetic, and ALWAYS makes me feel that I am their main focus. I recommend this pharmacy every chance I get because there is nobody in town that can get you your meds faster or cheaper.

Everyone is always friendly, responsive and willing to help. They provide helpful advise and have very quick turnaround time on prescriptions.

My mother just recently had her leg amputated. Due to the surgery we needed to keep her sugar levels in check because of her diabetes. We were referred here by Saint Agnes Hospital. Today is the 3rd day I’ve walked in after I was told her insulin would be ready at 9:00am and for various reason they have failed to fill my mothers prescription. However, today I had an encounter with a very rude and clearly agitated employee by the name of Derek. As we walk in and find out they again the insulin is not in my mother tells me “ why do they keep telling us to come at 9:00am and not have it ready, what’s wrong with this place.” Before I could even reply , Derek decided it was best to welcome himself to the conversation by saying “well, you can go some where else if you’d like” immediately I replied “ well, that was rude” and he replies back “ what she said was rude, so she can use another place to fill her prescriptions.” My reply was a very simply spoken “ sir, we’ve been in here multiple times attempting to get something filled for her health, it’s obviously frustrating, however you should have better customer service by not interjecting yourself into other people’s conversations with your opinions.” Derek decided instead of helping or apologizing he states “guess we are just going to have to agree to disagree” throws the one muscle relaxer they actually had on the counter and states “have any questions about any of these medications” doesn’t tell me what it was , doesn’t apologize, just acts like a total jerk the whole time, disgruntled face, closed off body mannerisms. He was incredibly rude and insulted me and my mother.

This place is awesome! extremely fast!!!!! and super nice. I loved the staff. Everyone has always treated me with kindness and respect. Not only do they truly care about their patients, they go out of their way to keep a personal touch with you and your health. They seem like a friendly, family environment, and I ABSOLUTELY reccomend them to anyone who needs a script filled or just need some over the counter medicine or medical supplies. Go to script life, you wont regret it!!!!!

Horrible...Once...They provided the wrong medication with the right written label. Fortunately I was on this medication for a while so I was able to notice the difference.When I called back to explain what it happened, a guy with a attitude said; !oh! Bring it back and well give you the right ones...The last one and final...Called to check the status of my medication... it wasnt ready because according with them it was to early..??? I been under this medication for almost 5 years and now they are going to change what was prescribed by the Dr???I dont recommend this place... When is about health, you deserve the best, and evidently it is not there.

This pharmacy, to which Ive been going to for over a year now, is excellent.The pharmacist is good about catching medications that are incompatible and also recommending nutritional supplements that are not only the highest of quality but perfect for whatever your needs are. Granted, Im in there often but it seems like they know who I am... it makes me feel like someone cares and Im more than just a number.They are fast and accurate.

I have been using them for years. Theyve always been pretty great. From the perspective of the customer I highly prefer scriptlife to walgreen, cvs, etc. They always get my precriptions filled on time and they have great phone service, too. Highly recommend

A great small pharmacy, not a chain. Employees are friendly and really know their jobs. Quick in and out, no waiting hours like most large pharmacies. I have been using them for several years, great place.

This place does not accept Medi-cal and is over priced. The owners are rude and greedy. They get irritable very easily. They cant even transfer a prescription to another pharmacy. They are supposed to call the other pharmacy not have the other pharmacy call them. Pure laziness and uncooperative. They need to learn how to care for other peoples needs not their own. Think twice before you go here.

When my rx did not arrive by mail,I called. They repliedit is ready and sitting here at the store. When asked why???the Pharmacist replied our mail order program is not working. I ASKED why didnt anyone call me since my order was placed 10 days prior? No answer.. waste of time ..changing my pharmacy even tho I like to support local businessmen.

I would give this place a zero but thats not an option, I went here to get my husbands pain medication filled, and was told that because they have a limited supply of this medication and because this was our first time there that they wouldnt fill it... my husband has cancer! Are you kidding me this place is a JOKE!

I was happy with them because they provide delivery service. Not once where we told that there is $5 fee for delivery. We where told it was free. Other than that they have been ok for us.

I work for a health plan and we were in urgent need of a med for a member. Romo went above and beyond to make sure we were able to secure this difficult to find med. This place is a great example of excellent customer service. Thanks ScriptLife!

Edit: Closed now. There may be another pharmacy there, but have not tried it.Local pharmacy, not a big chain. Employees really go the extra distance to help and they always have a smile. Great place.
