I have been going to Dr. Sorter and team for several years and they are wonderful! Very attentive and helpful. High quality service and products and sincere in all they do. The exams are professional and communication is authentic, as is Dr. Sorter in his approach to treatment. If your not getting this kind of service at your eyecare facility then you need Dr. Sorter and Team!

Dr Sortor is simply the best!

Ive been going to Dr. Sortor for many years and eye care doesnt get better than this. Hes very professional yet warm and engaging. He also has the latest equipment for eye exams which is a real plus. His staff does a very good job scheduling appointments and providing reminders. Ive scratched my lenses a few times and they send them off for replacements quickly.

I ordered a pair of glasses from here. Their lab made the glasses but messed up on the order. They had the lenses remade but they messed up on the size and they didnt fit the lenses and I had to send them back again. I am now a MONTH into this process and I am told it will take another couple of weeks to have this all fixed (that is if they can get the order right). The lab that makes the glasses for this company is horrible. I do not recommend ordering glasses from this office.

My son came here and really liked the Doctor and Staff. He told me to try them out since the place I was going to stopped taking my insurance. Im so happy I did! I have found my new eye Doctor. I had an excellent experience. The doctor and staff are awesome, I highly recommend Clovis Vision Center.

When you find that perfect doctor, your husband tries to get him to also be his general practitioner. Always declining with a laugh Dr. Sortor and staff make going to the eye doctor enjoyable. Sadly I lost a contact behind my eye and most recently had LINT stuck to the inside of my eye lid. They tell me to come right down and doc gets to work. I like to think I keep him on his toes! My entire family and several friends use him and they have the best office in town..

If only Dr. Sorter were teaching some of the physicians I work with how to listen to their patients and how to explain their recommendations so the patient can understand.Dr. Sorter’s skill in this area is unmatched in my experience. I should also mention that people who work for him are unfailingly helpful and cordial.I definitely feel like I’m doing a friend a favor when I recommend his practice. I’m grateful to the friend who introduced me.

Dr. Sortor and the staff are excellent! Ive been to the big eye centers in the area which just cattle-herded me from one room to another, and focused on selling me eye wear. Dr. Sortor and staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and NEVER pressures me to buy glasses. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sortor and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and take their time answering any questions. I used to go to big box eye centers, was always rushed out. Forget about asking any questions. Hope Dr. Sortor continues for many any any years!!

My mother and I have gone to Dr. Sorter for many years and have never had a complaint. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the doctor and kind and knowledgeable. He was finally able to make my mother see. Now my grandfather is a patient of Dr Sorter and hes very happy with the service.

Recently moved from San Jose, CA to Clovis. Dr. John Sortor office is pretty busy to get on the calendar right away, but when we get there, we were in and out. My 6 years old son said Dr. Sortor is a nice person and he wasnt afraid to have his eyes check. Dr. Sortor carefully checked my son eyes both modern technology and good old fashion way to make sure theres no gap. My son walked out with no recommendation for glasses since his power was just slightly increase. Dr. Sortor took his time and explain why. I recommend you take a visit to his office. And he was nice not to charge the retina exam.

I love that Dr. Sortor responds to every question with no judgement or arrogance. The way he cares for his patients reflects his genuine passion for his profession. I truly appreciate him, and his service.
