I was a resident of the retirement ranch until today 03/10/2020. The staff was excellent they never complained about how many times I pushed the button. I also have to put not only a good word, but a Fantastic word . If it wasnt for Bianca,Joyce,Lee-Anna they gave me a reason to get up and and go. Oh yeah I didnt mean to forget Jeffrey and Candy. Fantastic staff, caring, helpful, and person based care. The staff goes above and beyond to provide a home-like environment to every resident every time. Clean and fresh, this facility is the best in Clovis!

Retirement Ranch is a wonderful place to work and to live. The staff provides excellent care. The facility has been recently renovated and is beautiful. They have an outdoor exercise area. The therapy team is wonderful and work diligently in preparing residents to return home.

I have had many friends and relatives stat at this facility. It is well run, has always been clean and fresh and they have many things for their patients to do. They are caring people who work very hard to give their patients good loving service. They really care. Thank you.

I give this place 4 thumbs down. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone seeking care. A family member of mine was placed in this facility for physical rehabilitation therapy and it was a joke. Very disappointed with their physical therapy team as they didnt know what they were doing. I caution anyone placing a family member in this facility to think twice. Also, their administration team was unprofessional and most of the staff were on their cell phones instead of tending to patients. I question who runs this place as he or she was nowhere to be found when concerns needed to be addressed.

This by far is the BEST nursing facility here in Eastern New Mexico. Whether the stay is for short term rehab or long term care, the staff along with the therapists make you feel at home. I would recommend Retirement Ranch to anyone who wants consistent and quality care.

Ray good and most of staff is nice. Food so so. Trish Gross not good with scheduling physical therapy out patient.

My grandfather was a patient here. The care provided him was horrible. If my grandmother was not present he rarely received anything to drink with his meal as they took him last and had already handed out drinks and would not return to pass out additional drinks.On a daily basis they would talk him to meals or sitting in the common area without his oxygen which ultimately aided in his passing.I urge anyone considering this facility to think twice.
