Not worth going to. prices are way to high. You can buy almost all the listed items brand new for the same price they are charging for.Save your money go to somewhere else.Owners comment is just a copy paste on all bad reviews.this good will does not price by standard guide lines

Remember when second hand stores helped the community too and not just their company and pet projects?.....Edit update: after reading everyone elses comments about high prices and the companys pathetic response about how they help their employees (which company doesnt....?) And they do not help the people buying the items , that they (goodwill) got for free and didnt even have to pay for shipping, I am beyond disgusted. Goodbye Goodwill. Forever.

Nice, clean store. Items are well layed out and marked. Bring your own bag if you think you might purchase alot.

Brand new prices for used mid quality at best product. 7.99 for a shirt with stains and a hole. Why? This is not what a second hand store is suppose to be!

Nothing caught my eye really didnt have much.Employees are always saying when you walk into the store Good afternoon welcome to Goodwill, I opened the door twice and heard those words twice these employees dont look up to see the folks that ate coming in they just saying like a machine everytime the door opens

Organized and friendly staff but prices are high. It feels like you are buying first hand for second hand quality. That mostly pertains to the furniture and home goods.

They are way over priced on some things.. A used tee-shirt was $18.00, thats just one example.

I have no complaints about the customer service. Everybody I have interacted with was super helpful and friendly. However, I have to say that this is the most insanely overpriced Goodwill I have ever been to. They are charging over retail for used, donated goods. Old clothes from Old Navy and Rue 21 should not be marked up as part of a collection. They are not even remotely considered luxury brands. You can get new clothes from the actual store for less than what they charge. Prices for home decor and toys are super high as well. They had a dirty, medium sized dog kennel priced at $49.99. At one point they had a vintage book priced at $79.99....not many people are prepared to pay that much for a book whether its antique or not. The next time I went in the store the book was still on the shelf but the cover had been ripped off. It was now worthless. There are some good deals but I think theyd be a lot more reasonable if there was more competition.

These donated used items are OVER PRICED. I can find better deals on housewares at Khols or Ross in the clearance section!

Here at the Goodwill in Clovis New Mexico the cashiers and the other staff seems to greet you at the entrance. Where inside they offer to assist you to what ever you are looking for. And being so making sure youre satisfied to the best of their services upon you leaving.

Our local Goodwill is a great place for me to pick up little trinkets for our home. I stop in at least once a month looking for mismatched things to decorate with. The prices on some items could be a bit lower but theyre still pretty good. I would love to see the store grow someday and have room for more household items.

Prices are jacked up so high! Wish I would have shopped at the Salvation army or Habitat for humanity. Wasnt surprised to see folks putting stuff back after they got to the register.

Crazy prices. No longer a place for ppl with limited income to shop. Sticking to rummage sales from now on.

Nice time shopping, found what I went looking for, and on top of that while shopping we got to see a an ol dear friend. Thank you to the young man who helped me and my lovely wife.

This place is friendly and there is a variety of things to go through that interests everybody and its a clean store as well with a restroom and dressing rooms too this is my go to place for relaxing and shopping both i highly recommend stopping in

This is the most expensive Goodwill Ive ever been to!I understand why some items are a bit more expensive but most of the items, come on!!! This is a thrift store!I will say the store is organized and looks well. The staff was also very friendly.Save your money and go to Goodwill in Lubbock or Amarillo.

First time shopping and wasn’t able to try on an item and so I asked if I’d be able to return it the cashier said no problem I just have to within 7 days after that it’s just store credit. Now I’m out money because I was told wrong and stuck with store credit with nothing I see I need to get. Guess it’s a win win for them they get my money no matter what.Not shopping here again.

Good customer service but the prices are almost higher than if you buy them new

Worst company to work for and shop. They treat their workers horrible, play favoritism and also cheat customers . Theyll have a price on it and if it comes off theyll take it to he back and up the price on the clothes, wares or furniture.

Depending on the day, the friendliest of staff may not be working & young dumb donkeys without life experience may help you decide not to spend any money that day. So just walk out and tell the young punk to shut up, when he sarcastically says have a goodday

Treasures are there but they are difficult to find. Needs better organization. Try grouping by size instead of just by color

They always have fun coffee mugs, other than that everything costs too much considering its goodwill.

Decent book selection when they get donations in. I am not much into their clothing. Their miscellaneous section is usually picked through everytime I shop there.

First time visiting...great selection, great prices...clean and tidy store...prices on some items a bit pricey due to name brand but all in all, great experience...will be visiting more often especially on Mondays

The employees are friendly, and you can find nice stuff sometimes, 25% off on Mondays is a decent store overall.

Sorriest People And Service...No Shopping bags???! Wow...Then they tried to blame Albuquerque....We arent Albuquerque....Plus the Employees have Body Odor from Hell...How do they Even hold a job at that Place?

The place is dirty. It seems the aisles werent properly stocked because things were strewn on the floor. Mostly clothes, not much else.

I have been in this store on multiple occasions and have always been treated it respect by their employees. Great job.

Its ridiculous what they charge for some of the things in here, especially considering theyre donated. I go to a lot of thrift stores in a lot of places, its a mainstay of any travel plans I make, and this one is by far the most expensive
