I agree with all the one star rates this place is the worst all they care about is the money. They don’t care about you or your kids. I have a restraining order on my ex wife and they didn’t care still made us leave at the same time. I paid $50 for there paperwork that states how the kids are giving to me and how they look and all that and when I got the paperwork it never said that my children would come to me smelling like cigarettes and weed. They weren’t dressed up nice at all hair not done looking like homeless kids they never logged any of that in the paperwork. I suggest to all don’t waste your money and time on this place all they care about is the money and there selves

CSS is about money. No money, no see kids, period. And that is a company requirement, not a legal one. I have yet to feel the staff being helpful, with a lot of reliance on what regulations or an order requires. It is as if having no thoughts of your own about anything is a prerequisite to employment. Moreover, dads are treated in such a way that draws attention to the fact that some random.person read a set of hugely biased assertions of fact, determined that because a man wants to be with his kids, he is a danger. I wanted to be with my kids before that troglodyte judge rendered her brainless conclusions. Then, left to her own devices, the ex kept the kids away for two years. And now trying to see my kids, every manner of obstacle utilized to block me with justification.

I drop off my 2 grand kiddos every other week for visitation and the lady that is always working when I am there is so friendly and professional. Thank you for being an essential workers! Its greatly appreciated!

This place very unprofessional no wonder there r non prophet but there still charging me I google them they say there open from 9:00am and I came because I came to see my daughter at noon I set up an appointment I called too and no answer horrible not a good child supportive services and now I’m just waiting outside they need a door bell I don’t know how they know if there are clients at the door if there staff is nowhere to be found

The most unprofessional and rude supervised agency Ive ever come across. They do not pay attention to detail what so ever. Our son comes with unexplained bruise/burns and never wants to return home, they snatched him out our arms which is against court law. The agency tries not to involve themselves at all, then whats the purpose of our children safety? Theyre notes which we payed $100 are horrible they say absolutely nothing. The agency sees EVERYTHING and turns their head which they stated to us in the beginning, if they get involved our services with them are terminated! What kind of professional supervised agency is this? They let other party dictate and manipulate plus let other party walk our child to us, isnt that the reason were paying the agency, so other party doesnt get involved! We havent been able to get our son since beginning of November due to agency not following direct rules from court order if anything happens to our son we are filling charges on this agency please everyone do your research thoroughly most people are just their for a check and give no thought about the kids that come and go from the facility.

They do their best to make it easier

I use this service as my court ordered supervised visit once a week for my 2 toddlers. Ive been doing this with them for about 2 years now. The staff has never been rude, mean or difficult. They are professional, strict with rules & quick when requesting attendance logs. I highly recommend this facility if youre in need of supervised visits or exchanges.

Staff seems caring and seems to put kids safety first.

Our family loves this place. Very on point with scheduling family visits. You know your next appointment day the same day you visit which works out great for planning.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lady was so rude and her attitude was HORRIBLE. Now I understand all these bad reviews. I really couldn’t believe how unprofessional they are. They need to fire all these people and hire new staff to train them CORRECTLY.

The staff is extremely rude an has terrible communication skills all around. I would never recommend this facility for an exchange point. Get a direct answer to a simple question was like pulling tooth for the staff!!!

The staff that supervised my visit was very unprofessional. She had hickeys on her neck and was on her phone the whole time.on Facebook instead of supervising the visit. I could have spent that money on some random hood rat to supervise my visit if I knew it was going as unprofessional as my visit was.

Im not pleased

Ive been visiting my children at this establishment for a little over 2 years,. The ladies there are super nice and always make my children and myself feel as comfortable as they can. We couldnt ask for nicer setting. I would recommend C.S.S to family, friends and anyone else who needs services in this setting.The only reason that these so called bad reviews are up on this website is because things didnt go their way and they are holding grudges against their kids other parents. These staff members are very professional. If they were rude , well its because that parent wasnt cooperating with the rules. Notice all the bad reviews are just the stars and no review. Or it is only a sentence, its because this place rocks. Thank You for all you do C.S.S.

The women are always happy to see you and try to make the situation as easy as they can.

This is the worst possible place to exchange your child. The staff member Nathan is rude, a bully, and treated me like I was a criminal. I was there simply because I didnt want to see my ex because of his continued affairs. The staff also never disclosed another employee was friend with my ex husbands brother. They are completely bias, unprofessional, and create a hostile, unwelcoming environment for the children. Even though we were not court ordered to go, it was by choice, when I felt they were no longer needed Nathan wrote a damaging letter to courts stating they kicked me out and I was no longer welcome. Will never willingly do business with them again.

Really expensive for a nonprofit organization and it had ants inside the visiting room.
