DO NOT GO HERE, if I could have given a zero I would have. I bought my wife and I a couples massage and was able to get mine but my wife got very sick and was placed on chemotherapy, her doctors said not to have her go so we asked if I could just go in her place. They said “NO”?? Uh we paid you already seeing it was a gift certificate, we asked them if she could keep it until my wife was off chemo and they said “sorry it’s only good for 1year” how awful are your guys that you “take” from someone so sick? Not even giving us the chance to use the money we gave you for me or until my wife is better. How sad, till this day we still have the certificate and will show to the community how heartless you guys are!

Sarah was great! She would ask if pressure was okay when she started massaging a new spot. I personally like to have a rapport during my massages and she talked with me just enough for it to be comfortable but not too much to be distracted. The only thing that kept me from giving 5bstars wasnthe amount of noise in the office area and people walking by the room. Overall, I would recommend this spa and Sarah!

Was given a mom spa special for mothers day. A must have experience at least once in your life. Absolutely amazing! Definitely gonna do it again.

Getting a Brazilian Wax can be an experience. After having one bad experience (at another salon) this was quite the opposite. It was a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. You get a phone call to remind you of your appointment and at that time if anything changes you can let them know. I enjoyed my visit so much i made an appointment on my way out.

I called to book a spa package for a very special friend and they were very friendly and helpful in booking the right package. My friend was treated very well and they explained everything as it was her first time. She had a very soothing and relaxing time, she loved the atmosphere and mentioned how polite everyone was. This is definitely a place that knows how to treat someone you want to pamper. Thanks for being so good at what you do Serenity Spa!

I was not at the Spa for Spa business, it was a meeting with a friend. I can say I have heard this is a good place to go for a relaxing day. Try it Im sure true.
