Absolutely no respect for privacy. Their dressing rooms are ridiculous. Anyone walking by can see everything. I dont know who had the bright idea of putting those curtain rods and curtains up, but they dont shield anything. Very bad design. Some of the techs are nice, some are not. Some of the recommendations or rather lame. Theyre so-so but not the best.

Honestly, the woman who was collecting my insurance information was rude and was unable to answer my basic questions. I wish I had gotten her name but I just wanted to get out of there. She seemed agitated and made me very uncomfortable. She also didn’t seem to be aware of their policies either. She told me I couldn’t be billed and made me feel really bad about not having my insurance info yet (I have really new insurance so I have no numbers yet). I finally found out from the billing department that I could, in fact, be billed and they made it sound like the easiest thing in the world! I’m giving 2 stars because they at least did the test they were supposed to do. But that’s kind of it.

My first visit was yesterday.Dr Glen Hanonochi and his nurse took real good care of me.Thank you !
