This was a recommended office from a family friend however this office has no concern over the patient. I had to call 5 times just to get the prescription sent to the pharmacy for my mom. The hardly answer the phones I have to call back 3-6 times for an answer. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Need better staff at that place. My mother will not be returning to that office!

Patient care is not a priority at this practice. Patients are profit not people. We have been so deeply disappointed by the care we have received. Dr Kasten/Kettler is thorough herself, however an appointment with her directly could be 6-9 months out. We have seen the PA/NP at her office and the care you receive from them is incredibly poor. They threw meds at us and sent us on our way. They did not take the time to understand our concerns and what we needed. It finally took an emergency room visit to get proper care. Which is extremely sad that under a drs care they let it get to that point when it was in their ability to treat the patient properly. It also takes multiple phone calls just to get simple tasks completed such as a referral. Ive spent months fighting with them to get things done. Many times I would not receive a phone call back after I left a message and would have to call over and over. Not only that, but any question you have requires a visit. Even if its a yes/no answer. EVERYTHING requires an office visit and they make you wait a long time to see someone (not even dr.Kasten/Kettler herself) only to be shoved out the door as quickly as possible when they did get you in. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. It was the most frustrating 3 months that I wasted. We have since found a phenomenal physician and are amazed at the results we are receiving from true patient care. For this reason exactly I have decided to write a review. I hope to save others from a terrible and frustrating experience.

I am so thrilled and happy with Dr. Kasten and her entire team. This is the 1st doctor that I have felt has listened to my concerns and we truly work together on health issues.

They are very knowledgeable in many issues. Everyone is very helpful 😊. Yes at times there is a longer wait time than most are used to. This is a plus for me. It means they take time to listen to you. They arent about herding people in and out in 15 minutes. I find it refreshing that a doctor or even the highly qualified nurse practitioners take time for the individual.

Great doctor and her staff are very professional and friendly. I enjoy going to her office, it’s is very clean and the decor is on point. The staff treat you like family instead of a factory number.

This is my partners doctor and she’s been an okay doctor. However, my partner is dependent on his medication and was trying to ask why his refills were stopped and her assistant Anne was immensely rude, I could hear her through the phone. Dr. Kettles may be a good doctor but the way that her assistant verbally attacked my partner because he needed his medication was absolutely uncalled for. I think if that’s the way her office staff treats her clients they need to definitely work on their professionalism.EDIT: Also, when he tried to send them a refill forum from Walgreens their first reaction was to shred it instead of respond to it

Dr. Kasten is smart and thorough. The problem is with the HORRENDOUS wait times to be seen. The average is 30-45 minutes each and every time, but today was 1.5 hours. Unacceptable and unprofessional to be so disrespectful of our time. Will not be back.

Dr. Kasten is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She has a knack for making you feel comfortable. In a medical setting that cannot be easy to master. Dr. Kasten s quick thinking and attention to detail saved my life. I trust her with with the lives of my entire family! We have and will continue to follow her wherever her path may lead.

Dr. Kasten is a great doctor. I have been treating with her for years & she has recently started her solo practice Dr. Kasten takes the time to find out about you & really listens.The office is warm & inviting and her staff is awesome, which is an added bonus. I cant recommend her enough. I almost hate to put this review out there because I want to keep her to myself.

Office staff does not answer calls each time I called it went to voice mail during office hours.... By chance you do get through the MA does not botter to return your call. This office does not deserve any stars at this point...

Dr. Kettler is a wonderful Doctor!! She is personable, easy to talk to & understand, and totally committed to her patients!!! Clovis is so lucky to have her!!

Was told that even though Ive been going to her for many years, I am considered a new patient because SHE moved offices. This means that I have to wait on her new patient list for weeks before I can be seen. How sad that they treat patients like numbers. She also always had terrible wait times- Ive decided to just find a new doctor...

Her office has you wait a long time in lobby and in room before being seen, I had to wait on both my appointments a minimum of 1 hour before being seen, and i had an appointment.
