I have been a patient in this office for 44 years since 1977. Today I called for my annual exam and the office said it no longer takes Medi Care even with good secondary insurance. I have called other gyn offices trying to get care but they do not accept new medicare patients. Why would these providers not continue with their existing patients like other offices do? What is a 68 year old woman to do? I have for been extremely happy with the care provided all of these years. I wish they had better compassion for their older patients.

Dr. Dave Dorough is by far the best OBGYN in Fresno. My wife and I experienced multiple midterm loses and were unsure who to trust, Dr. Dave could not have been more compassionate and understanding of our situation. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife was comfortable. She saw him every visit, along with his nurse Michelle. You will not be disappointed with your experience.

Dr Dave and his staff are wonderful. I am very picky and I have never had a bad experience here. Dr. Dave has the best bedside manners of any Dr. I have ever met in my life. I had two c sections and recovered perfectly.

Dr David Dorough is wonderful. The entire staff is focused on the wellbeing both the mother and the babies. We would not go anywhere else for pregnancy care. Thank you Dr Dave.

Ive been going to Dr. Dave Dorough for 16 years, he is a very kind, professional Dr. He has delivered 2 of my 3 kids ( my first born I moved out of state). He has great bedside manner and a highly skilled surgeon. He has performed an emergency C section as well as an ablation on me. Will continue going to him as long as he is in service!

Been going to Dr. Dave for 10 years now and will continue. He is very professional and personable. I never feel uncomfortable with any questions or concerns I have about myself. I’ve gone through 4 pregnancies under his care, he does his best and tries to keep us patients at our best.
