If any of you reading this are in need of a root canal I want to share my experience with Dr. Sabourin and his highly professional staff. Yesterday 9-21-21, I had my first root canal and my anxieties were elevated as I had heard from different people that this procedure is painful. I found this not to be the case and as I sit here writing this I am without any pain and feel completely normal. The Dr. and staff are beyond friendly and most importantly concerned with your comfort. It is priority one and it’s very apparent from the complete staff. I won’t lie to you and tell you it’s a bit uncomfortable but they put me at ease and I realized they knew what they were doing but I was never in any pain and I got it done. The staff is all about you and your comfort. I highly recommend this office

I recently had an urgent dental condition and Dr. Sabourins office was able to see me in a timely manner. From the moment my dentist called to make the referral I felt as if I were a priority. Every person in the office was kind and efficient. They did an excellent job of handling the business side of my appointment. Dr. Sabourin personally offered me a cup of tea while I was waiting to go back. I felt well taken care of. I have been in the medical profession for over thirty years and I understand delays and scheduling issues but this office did an exceptional job. Excellent service.

I had a root Canal 2 days ago . I never had any pain at all . The staff treated me great the entire time I was there. I am now pain free and can chew my food on both sides . If I ever need another root canal you can bet Ill go back to Dr Sabourin .

EVERY single staff member at this office is genuine, caring, and sweet. They explain everything over and over, answer all my inquisitive questions and take time with each patient. They offer a ton of comforting items such as blankets, earbuds, sensory items, warm washcloths, etc. to help with the worries of dental care. I’m not sure if they’re a teaching office but each time I’m there for a post op or operation, dr sabourin seems to be teaching some of the other staff and they seem to really respect him. He at times seems really direct and blunt with them but he explains all his answers and corrections and I think it keeps them on their toes in fast situations that are really intricate and delicate. Im not sure of her name but the woman Doctor who works on you during your RCT procedure as well, is SUPER sweet. Always remembers me, tells me I’M doing a great job lol and comforts you through each step. GREAT STAFF!! I had to go back for many post op check ups for continued pain (not from their work) and they worked their way up the totem pole of options from least invasive to most invasive. Instead of saying ok let’s just take the tooth out! They tried everything they could think of to find the source of pain and cure it while saving the tooth. I’m moving out of town too far to continue going here but I recommend them to EVERYONE!

I had a root canal recently done here (I’ve had a few in my lifetime at other facilities) and I can say without a doubt Dr.S was by far the best one! He was very informative and it was quick and pretty painless. His front office staff and his assistants were pleasant as well as Laura :) Highly recommend him if you need a root canal

Everyone in the office works to provide clear information and care while you are in their office .They provide oral information as well as written and provide access for help after you depart the office!

If you need a root canal I highly suggest Dr. Sabourin. From the moment I called to schedule my appt everyone was so professional. Everything was explained to me so I had very few questions. The procedure was also very smooth and I never had any discomfort. I was allowed to listen to my headphones the whole time and they even had a blanket & neck pillow at my request. I could have paid $65 for this procedure at my dentist office, but I opted to pay more for the better experience!

My son was very nervous due to bad experience with prior dentist. Dr Sabourin made his visit nice and easy. My son said he was very relaxed and the dr and staff were awesome and nice. Said could not have a better dentist to work on his teeth. The numbing was easy no pain during root canal and was back to himself in an hour. Thank you so much to all the staff and Dr Sabourin.

Absolutely recommend this dentist!!!The office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I have very bad dental anxiety and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I was given a blanket, pillow, and an iPod to listen to during my procedure. Dr Sabourin was thorough and explained everything he would be doing. He was also gentle and worked quickly. The dental hygienist LynAnne (I hope I remembered her name correctly) was one of the sweetest ladies ive met. She made sure I was numb enough and shared great conversations with me while I waited. Yvette, one of the dental assistants, was also very thorough and made sure I was comfortable enough to begin. The staff worked together like a well-oiled machine. I am beyond impressed and will always recommend Dr. Sabourin to family and friends who have endodontic needs.

I had a tooth emergency and the scheduling staff was able to get me in the following day!!On arriving to the location, parking was very accessible.On entering the office, nice, clean and prompt completion of paper work.Which getting ,y procedure done, the RDA very kind and explained every step of the procedure. I was made comfortable with blankets and air plugs.When Dr. Sabourin came in the room he was very professionally but was able to ease my anxiety, he also explained what was going to happen and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.I was properly anesthetized and did not feel any pain during procedure.I was prescribed pain medications after the procedure in the event of post-procedure pain.I would definitely use him again !!Great job guys :)

I needed an emergency root canal and had been in pain thru the weekend waiting to be seen by my regular dentist-he couldnt do the procedure so he referred me to Dr Sabourin , he made arrangements to see me right away which was awesome. I was intensly nervous about going but as I started the process with Dr Sabourins staff my stress was gently addressed with their professional assurance that everything would be ok. They were extremely thoughtful and caring all the way through. im a little embarrassed of my cowardliness and looking back I had nothing to worry about because they are really good at what they do. I just want to say Thank you to Dr Sabourin, Rosie and all the staff that made something terrible into something tolerable.

My mind/body are still reeling from the overwhelmingly fabulous service and facility provided by every single staff member at Sabourin DDS. The coup detat? The heated, lavendar-scented wash cloth! If I ever need endodontic care in the future, no question where Ill go!

Have been there with husbands procedure and was a pleasant experience for him, and even for me sitting in the room with him, I was offered hot tea & a blanket. Now My turn... I’ve met for my consultation and will be having a procedure soon. The friendly staff and Dr. make a nervous situation a pleasant experience! Will always take my endodontic needs there!

Great Staff I Recommend To Come To Their Office.

The front staff was very helpful and friendly. The hygienist was informative and very gentle. The whole staff that worked on me that day were very nice, and they explained everything. They made me feel at ease.

Despite my crazy crazy fear of dentists, his whole team was fantastic. I was the biggest cry baby in his chair. Really!!! Like seriously....cry baby. Every single one of his team took very good care of me and tried everything to ease my fear. I highly recommend him and his team for your dental needs. Huge thanks.

Dr. Sabourins office is a well oiled machine. It is very clear all the staff members work well together. It sounds crazy, but having a root canal yesterday, was a good experience, absolutely no pain, and they finished the job all in one day. I highly recommend Dr. Sabourin.

Rough and raw are the best words to describe my experience. The root canal started before I was properly numb and I nearly went thru the ceiling several times when the drill hit my nerve. I made it through the excruciating 3 hours, being repeatedly stabbed in the tooth and gums with local sedative to continue the process. It felt like an episode straight out of a horror movie getting told to stay still throughout the pain. My initial reaction to intense mouth pain is to tense up or jerk away...The whole experience was very rough, despite the attentive staff. Given the choice, I’d rather let my dentist simply extract a bad tooth in the future, rather than repeat the traumatic experience at this specialist. Wow.

My experience with Dr. Christopher Sabourin and his staff was excellent. Every staff member beginning with my first phone call where courteous, kind and helpful. There first priority seemed to me was to make me feel comfortable at all times. They were very organized and during this COVID-19 I felt they did everything possible to keep me and themselves safe by having a clean sanitary office and by following the Covid guidelines (PPE). As far as my procedure I had done it went well. I had to drive 53 miles to get to his office and it was well worth it. I would definitely do it again and refer any of my friends or family members to his office.

Dr. Sabourin is fantastic. I’ve been coming to both the Clovis and Fresno locations for years. This is the place to go for root canal treatments. Dr. Sabourin is patient, kind and understanding of the pain that each patient is experiencing. That is a rare thing in this day and age. His staff is awesome and caring. I would highly recommend both office locations.

The staff and Dr Sabourin are so friendly. They made me feel very comfortable even though I was getting a root canal. Plus they played really good music and I think that helps keep everyone in a good mood.

Went in for my first root canal and like any other person I’m not a fan of the dentist. I was nervous and dreading the pain before it started. However, the atmosphere was very positive and professional making sure my comfort was there priority. They explained the process before, during, and after. It immediately changed my whole mood and made a root canal pleasurable. I felt no pain during or after the procedure. I recommend if you need a root canal this is the place to go!

Well root canals arent fun but Dr Sabourin and his team try and make the experience as pleasant as possible. They provide nice warm blankets and music to get your mind off the procedure. My daughter didnt have any pain after so overall very happy!

This was my 1st visit to this dental office and my first impression is great! The staff is super friendly from the time you enter until you leave. They made me comfortable, explained in detail what type of procedures would take place and gave me the best options for my dental care. Would highly recommend their services to family and friends.

AfterThe first contact with the Clovis office I have received nothing but impeccable care. This particular office should be considered on a nationwide level... a true example patient care. The expediency in getting the Urgent Care that I was needing, is so greatly appreciated from a veteran with PTSD. As I did for the military this office goes above and beyond the Call of Duty from the the tone of their voice the choice of their words and even their expressions made me feel comfortable to the utmost and also made me want to express the harmonious culture that permeates daily without fail from that particular office. And I will be more than happy to tell my military comrades or anyone in need of Dentistry service about their care.

I was reffered here by another dentist due to he didnt perform root canals. The staff was very friendly when I entered the Office, when I went back to where they were going to preform the procedure they offered me a blanket to keep warm because the Office gets a little cold. They made my experience a great one. They wanted me to be as comfortable as I could, and at any time if I needed them to stop to let them know. Thank you to all the staff who helped on my procedure I highly recomend this Office.

Had a root canal. Went better than I expected. They make use of every minute youre there and completely explain the procedure before they start. I was very impressed with the office and the entire staff and of course the dentist.

Im thankful for the root canal treatment I got, but however. If your gonna make a payment plan DO NOT trust them with your bank account!! Because I was paying $150 that I owe as part of the payment plan. And after they received their $150 payment for the month they went ahead and stole money out of my account without my consent when I had $58 left. And they said they took it for partial payment when I never agreed to it. So they went behind my back and stole money from my account when they shouldnt have!! They said they would return it to me because it was a mistake so later that day I checked if they returned my $58 and they never did!! So as a warning to you guys that might come here, stay away!! Theyre thieves and will Rob you blind with out your consent. Hide your wallet!!

Pleasant surroundings, good music...not elevator. Christopher is efficient and thorough. Absolutely positive atmosphere. I have had a root canal done there and didnt feel it, nor did I feel it 3 hours later! The best part of me going to Dr. Sabourins is I have walked out of there twice without any work done to my teeth because the diagnosis was using a toothbrush that was too hard and the other diagnose was food stuck in my gum.He could have very well diagnosed a root canal. VERY HONEST MAN!

They got me in on a last minute appointment of the day, the staff was so friendly and effective. I even fell asleep during the root canal, it was so much more pleasant than I expected it to be. For my second appointment, I had to move up the appointment due to work conflict and they made an opening for me. Thanks so much to the staff and DDS for the painless process.

Great experience - Made my root canal experience not so bad. My only negative experience was the length of the dental procedure and having to come back for a second visit. They will change your appointment time several times before your appointment.

I learned my lesson and will not be coming to this office ever for any root canal treatments. They don’t explain why your tooth needs a root canal, because they just want to do the work and collect your money. My tooth was fractured, and was I was experiencing some excruciating pain Around that area. I only came to dr. Sabourin, because my dentist trust dr sabourin, and so in that case I felt like I should too. I remember asking him why I needed the root canal, and he didn’t even answer me. But I was in so much pain, I wanted it to be taken away. The root canal took the pain away for a year or two, but as of today I had to extract the tooth because the tooth had fractured some more. My money went down to the drain because It should have never been a root canal treatment in the first place.

I cannot comment on Dr. Sabourins skills but my initial and only experience with staff was unfortunately unacceptable. I was scheduled for a consult & prior to setting time/date I asked for an appropriate time frame for service. I was informed over the phone that consults typically at 30 min-1 hr so I felt comfortable scheduling my appointment first thing in the morning to minimize impact to my work schedule. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am and as requested I showed up 10 min early to complete new patient forms. At 835 and after not seeing any staff at the front desk for several minutes, I proceeded to seek staff & get update on expected wait time. I waked to back and could not find any staff. At the end of the work area were two door. I knocked and front office staff came out to speak to me. I explained my scheduled appointment time & informed her that I did not appreciate being scheduled at 8 am when it was apparent office was having an all staff meeting. I requested staff member call me to reschedule as I would not be able to wait for exam since meeting had not ended & I was not informed of when I would be seen. My appointment was on Thursday, July 7, 2016 and today is Monday, July 11th, I have yet to receive a return phone call.

I was having pain in one of my upper teeth and in need of some emergency pain management. Dr. Sabourins office called me and were able to see me almost immediately. The whole staff were very professional and nice.

Great staff everybody is so friendly and as bad as everyone speaks about root canals experience this dr. And his staff made my experience great would definitely recommend!
