Please stay away, especially U.S.A.F. I say this because the clinic is nasty, and they dont enforce the mask mandate, at all. We are over a year into this pandemic, and hes one of the few businesses that still do not require a mask. Unless youre interested in contracting COVID, stay far away from this place!

This chiropractors office is awful. I went in and was treated so badly by the office manager, also the chiropractor was very fast with my treatment as if I was an inconvenience to him. I had went in around 10 and got seen by him right before 12. I knew he was going to lunch shortly after but I was not seen in a timely manner. He also made my back and hips hurt more than I did when I walked in and months later I had to go see a specialist. The specialist told me that he blew my disc when he adjusted my spine that first and only visit I had with him. He charged me $110.00 for the first visit and my experience was terrible. I do not recommend going into this office, don’t waste you money or your time.

Very nice staff. Chiropractor was very informing and pleasant to be around. My back is already feeling better =D

Mr. Smith is money hungry. I Was charged for services I didn’t have done and Im still getting billed. Go somewhere else.

Took great care of me. I feel so much better and the staff were very hospitable and easy to work with.

Mr. Smith informed me that I have scoliosis. My parents nor myself knew that I have scoliosis so it was both a shock and after 20 years of always being in so much pain, it finally answered my questions. He is the only chiropractor who took X-rays. My parents had doctors take X-rays when I was a child and they never noticed. Thank you Mr. Smith.

This guy is sue happy he rips you off of your insurance money. They pre set your appointments then charge you if you were there. When you try and work it out they ignore your calls. Then they try to sue you. My advice stay away this guysucks and hes about dollar signs. Go to Amarillo
