In 6 years of getting cuts here Ive never been so disrespected, disregarded, mistreated, or otherwise rudely addressed, as I was today. Ive never experienced unprovoked rudeness, much less to the degree I experienced it. The haircut is fine. But I was treated so poorly, and its made me so furious, I will never return.If you meet a stylest you like then do your best to book appointments with them, otherwise you may find yourself on the receiving end of some rude trimmers.Five star review: Went back four months later got a taper from Nick; amazing cut, friendly person. Gave advice, shared professional opinions, a very redeeming experience for me.

Dont get Sophia she has terrible vibes / energy ! I showed her what I wanted and she didnt get anywhere close to it! Overall she made me feel anxious. And very uncomfortable!

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would! I took my boys in there to get hair cuts yesterday and asked for a medium fade and they did the opposite they gave my son a high crooked fade. I am so upset 😡 I will not be going back there they are extremely unprofessional. Also coworkers arguing in the parking lot over who knows what! Such a dame shame grown adult acting like high school kids!

Gone here for over 20 years. Only once did they disappoint.Looking back, good thing, I dodged the bowl style cut JTT had in the 90s

Didnt do the right thing we asked for and gave attitude when we told them. Acted like they hated their job and didnt care that they did it wrong.

They did a horrible job. I went back to get it fixed and they screwed it up even worse. They cut so much off i was to scared to let the keep trying to fix it

A beautiful, intelligent and highly skilled younger women cut my son Julians hair a few months back. And it was his first time getting a hair cut professionally. She was extremely dedicated sensitive caring and made me feel like every penny I spent for his haircut was beyond worth it. I know come here for me my wife and my son for haircuts. Jackie does an amazing job with short hair but a lil disapointed when i got my eyebrows done the woman who did my eyebrows tried to fix my hair and im so upset with the results

Overall never had a problem with this place but a couple ladys here are very rude and ruff on brushing hair out on kids and older lady of them all seems to think its ok to ask my 15 son twice now if he smokes weed cause her son does even sells it.. very inappropriate to ask or bring up to my child..

Usually okay when I go, but this last time my hair was absolutely ruined. I asked for a quarter inch trim and now I have choppy short layers that are random and uneven, and I didnt want them. My hair looks horrible. I was promised a refund and was never given one.
