I dont know whether she was just being lazy that day or she just wasnt having a good day, but clearly she did not try when she was cutting my hair. I wish I knew her name so I can be more exact, but Im sure it wasnt the Hmong woman (she looked Laotian or Thai). But anyways, this wasnt my first time there, it was my 4th time and honestly they always did a decent job whenever I went.But for my last encounter, I asked for nothing complicated and something so simple that even they did decent at in the past. While my hair was being cut, I already sensed her uncaring mood and I could already tell she was working as if she wanted to just get my hair over with. The worst part is that she was so distracted that day, maybe thats part of why she didnt do so well. She had kids at work, which Im totally okay with, but the little one was bored to hell and for a moment he literally started running around out of control and almost hitting us, which possibly couldve ruined my hair if he did. The sad thing is she literally tells them to just sit down and not do anything at all, like first of all, you cant expect to bring in your kids and expect them to just sit down without getting bored. Youll have to give them something to do while theyre suffering out of boredom for over 7 hours with nothing to do, like why not buy them a Nintendo Switch or something.The second worst thing that happened was when a random lady walked in, who my cutter basically knew, and literally interferes with my session just so she can get information for her own session. You wanna know what happens next? She literally stops cutting my hair in the middle of it just to talk to her about what she needs, adding more distraction. Like I was okay with it at first, but their conversation literally dragged on unnecessarily for so long that I literally thought about just walking out to get my hair done somewhere else if shes not going to focus on me at all.When everything was done, I couldnt notice the flaws until I got into my car. She missed so many spots that I needed trimmed and she did not care to even sweep off most of the hair on me, so I came into my car with so many hair pieces dropping off, very unprofessional. I cant believe I gave her a tip too, I only did it because I was hesitant and nice, but she definitely didnt deserve it that day. But one thing is for sure, I think Im done going there ever again, its time for me to actually find a real barbershop next time, I have to fix my current hair at the moment.I know everything Im saying is making their shop sound like its terrible, but thats not what Im saying. Theyve had better days where they can do better and care more, but my last encounter made me realize that I can get a guys haircut somewhere else more reliable. Like my girlfriend told me, this shop is most likely meant for girls to get their stuff done, not really much for guys to get their haircut. To the one who was handling me that day, I dont know if something was bothering you that day or if you just werent in the mood, but please dont drag it into your work. I dont even think I was being a bad or rude customer that day, clearly I didnt deserve the low-effort that was given to me.

Been going to Laura since I was 15 this family business is well ran and they always have great service good quality fades I recommend Kaying 110 percent
