Its hit or miss whether youll receive a good haircut here. I honestly regret leaving a $10 tip but I didnt notice how jacked up my haircut was prior to leaving. If you see someone new or unfamiliar to you there cutting hair - do yourself a favor and ask for someone else.

I have an extremely busy life where I cant always go to get my haircut. The girl who cut my hair made me feel incredibly horrible about the condition of my hair which put me in tears as I got in my car. Sometimes, you dont know what other people are going through or experiencing and its incredibly rude to make them feel badly about themselves. I would recommend retraining the staff in customer service and treating the clients with a little bit of respect.

I’ve been going here for a long time and keep telling myself I will be giving them second chances after the other, but they always cut too short. 1 inch off is equivalent to 3-6 inches off here. If your suggesting coming here and want a half inch off, ask for 1/10 of an inch off. I only recommend coming if you look good bald.

I just got 5 inches of hair cut here today. The woman cutting my hair took her time and cut it exactly the way I wanted. I was worried about some bad reviews but after today I would recommend you checking the place out. There hair cuts are decent and pretty quick, but do not let them touch your beard, they messed mine up the last 2 times I went so I will be finding a new place to go

I would only recommend going here if you are really desperate to get a haircut and you don’t want to pay a lot of money. In all my years of getting a haircut this is the first time that the hair dresser did not wash my hair before cutting it. I found that kind of odd, when I got home I did notice that it was not even at the bottom which I expected because my hair wasn’t wet when it was cut. Overall, you’re better off paying a little more for a quality haircut that will be done right.

This place is more worried about getting you out the door in 15 minutes, than taking the time to get to know you and your hair. If you are a return client, or a known good tipper you likely get a longer timeslot in their chair. Pro tip* if its your first visit and you want a good cut, buy a lot of product.

Apparently, asking to trim sideburns means cut my beard too. It was so bad, I had to shave my beard for the first time in years. I’ve been going to great clips for years and this was bad enough to make me not want to go back ever again.

If I could give it a zero I would. My child haircut was off and uneven, with bald spots, but I guess its acceptable because its his first salon cut and he does move a bit. We could had done it better at home ourself, however. Guess I just have a higher expectation since its a shop. But mine was something else. I asked for layered hair. I dont know what style hair cut I received because it looks as if a child just scissor my hair. It was uneven all around and it wasnt even layered. I dont know what it was. I had to go elsewhere to pay extra and have it fixed. Im sorry but I wont be returning to this shop again.

I got the worst hair cut in my whole life. I will not be able to do anything but go to work and go home until this grows. I will never go here again. my hair is RUINED.... I literally look terrible... Words can not.express how terrible I look. Im in tears everytime I try to do my hair. Ive beem late to work twice trying to fix it because its so embarrassing

Well, I didnt get the cut I asked for. Way shorter then the picture I showed her. About 6 inches shorter! I guess thats what you get for getting a $15 haircut.
