Had an appointment with Twon, he refused to show up.

Been hear a couple times each time I waited close to 3 hours. I recently went there and they told me I had 3 people ahead of me and it’s going on my second hour waiting for a hair cut. The barbers cut the hair of friends no appointment before walk ins . If your cool with the barbers you can cut in front of the people that have been waiting hours.

Just was passing through town, stopped at the mall to do some shopping and got a quick hair cut. They got me in pretty quick waited maybe 5-10 minutes. Great conversation and a great hair cut!

Some guy with curly hair cut my hair my cousins hair my brothers hair and my hair but after he was done cutting my hair I was being disrespectful and He knew I didnt like it at first so he offered to cut it again. I apologized for being disrespectful and now that I realize it I kinda like it. Highly recommended

The employees there really know what theyre doing. They ask me what I wanted and no matter what it was they got exactly what I wanted. For $20 only for each person, thats a great deal. Would definitely recommend this for anyone and everyone!

Its not exactly an atmosphere for children. This is the typical laid back and chill homie environment. The barbers talk to their customers, they keep things very humorous. Its better to get to know the barber you like because getting their personal info is best when making appointments. It is usually a busy place so walk-ins sometimes do have t wait

My bf and I waited for Twon to show and he decided his clients were not important. I feel its rude to agree on a time and just not show or text back. I noticed a few other people exited as well waiting for him. I guess the owner likes losing money and loyal clients. Never returning.

If I could give a zero I would. Never returning. Showed up, heard the barber talking smack about someone having to pull out money from the atm to pay him, he said Im not gonna cut his hair again if he wastes my time. Continued to cut their friends hair ahead of me when i had an appointment.

Extremely disappointed, went in for a walk in and the owner, average height, beer gut, sat me down and asked what i wanted, simply a six all around and 3 inches off the top, messed up on the sideburns length and above the ears cannot cut a line to save his life. Also in the back he tried some way of cutting after i told him to just round it out and one side went too high again. Finally he somehow turned a middle part haircut into a bowl cut and cant clip hair up. DO NOT GO unless u have an appt. with the barbers in the back.

Worst service ever. My brother recently had brain surgery and went in for a haircut. One of the workers there asked why did we have to go there because they didn’t want to cut his hair. I would never go here again. Everytime I walk by there I roll my eyes so hard I go blind.

Had a time set scheduled with Twon and he refused to text me back upon arrival. Not sure why hes working there if he doesnt want to make money. Wont return and advise others that if you do just be prepared to get stood up if hes your barber.

Best place in the Sierra Vista Mall to get a haircut!

My Son has literally waited hours for Antoine to show up. He will give him a time and does not honor it. We witnessed 3 other people walk out waiting for him. Something should be done about that. We are never going back and telling other parents who take their kid to not go back as well.

Walked into this place to cut my kids hair. Was satisfied with the way they took their time to ensure the boys’ hair was cut and the fade was really detailed!

One of the hair cutter did not take his time cutting my hair. Furthermore, the shop was not even busy. In result, he messed up my hairline and there was already a previous hairline for him to follow along with the buzzer. He made an extra hairline and now they are both next to each other. The line he made was not suppose to exist. It is 1/4 of an inch wide together with my previous and newly formed hairline. For the rest, he did a decent haircut. I recommend the people who wants a very simple haircut to go here. I advise the people, who wants a specific style or even a combover with the hairline, find another barber shop that has barbers with strong passion and good reputation in cutting hair. All in all, the mistake he made would not have happen if he just took his time and I even tipped him $5 to hopefully persuade him not to mess up on anyones hair.

Homeboy with the long hair destroyed my sexy ass hair... I asked for a undercut (what I already had) and came out with a fade? On one side and a undercut on the other... line up was somewhat off and I still had hair where it was supposed to be clean. I definitely will never go back. If you want a solid cut check out The shop,the covenant, or catch a fade ect.

The one at Sierra Vista mall sucks....due to not being open on time..This is a place of business so be open during business hours.It sucks to wait for them to open and when opened it takes th half an hour to get prepared.Please smile with clients. Just cause you are having a bad day does not mean that you need to take it out on clients.Please do something about hours and attitude if you guys want to be professionals.

Not very friendly to new customers. I went in this morning because my regular barber has retired. I waited for doors to open, there was one other guy in front of me. Went in when the doors opened a few after 10am, while I was waiting for the two barbers to get situated, a guy walked in went ahead of me and the other guy and sat right down with out the barber even asking who was first. Apparently, the barber knew the guy and went right to cutting his hair. Pretty shady, from what Ive been told though, you have to be part of their in crowd to even get a decent haircut. Needless to say I walked right out, I guess they dont need new customers.

Been here a couple of times pretty good, but after going today I felt like i never wanted to go there anymore. Homeboy with the long hair was disrespectful in way that you wouldnt talk to a customer, talked about runnin up on someone, weed, and just acting unprofessionally while cutting my hair. Meanwhile the other two workers were nice as they gave me a head nod when i walked in and acted as professional barbers, felt like i didnt want to give my money to that dude that was cutting my hair though.

This shop is a joke. I went in and was waiting there for 40 minutes. They kept on skipping me and helping people that came after me too. I feel they should be reprimanded. So unorganized and stuck up.

Came here becasue my personal barber is really busy.. I got here at 10.45 am and I was told there was only a couple of people ahead of me and said that there would be only a 45 minute wait ... Ive been waiting for 2 hours now and thy have been only letting people they know or people that has appointment ahead... Like you have to be their friends or someone they know to get In front of the line... I dont plan on coming back here again ... He now saying everyone has an appointment ahead me .. When he was the on that told me that it will only be a 45 minute wait... I will never come back here again....

Not a organized location, when you arrive they say 30-45 min wait but there so unorganized they dont know witch customers showed up first. They need help! Never going there again!

I usually dont have an issue here but when you walk in at 7:30 PM and the place is empty and 3 people available to cut hair and they told us We cant take anymore walk ins. Was obviously an excuse not to want to do it. This place is starting to go downhill.
