Though Dr Bob Reynolds is knowledgeable and experienced, this office is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. There is a new lady working the desk every 6 months or less, so almost every time you go, you deal with someone new who doesnt know what they are doing. They especially dont understand how to deal with and work with children. Papers and files get lost on a consistent basis, and they do not return phone calls in a timely manner. Take your business elsewhere!!
