I cannot recommend this clinic enough, especially Dr. Grant. This is caring, compassionate medicine at its finest. I cannot recall a time when Ive had a better clinical experience. Dr. Grant clearly drew upon his extensive experience, training, and professionalism to extract a detailed history and most importantly view me and my complex case through the lens of a healer and not just a case. Through careful speaking and listening, he asked powerful questions, performed a thorough examination, and helped me make meaning of my data, evening pointing me forward to further care beyond the scope of his practice. He is clearly a passionate and dedicated practitioner...a real healer in what can be a toxic industry. His ability to communicate with me as a patient was second to one. His tone throughout the course of our interaction was proactive and pro-patient, 100%.

I made an appointment with Dr. Wright. It was supposed to be a Telahealth appointment. I waited 45 minutes and nobody ever came on to even tell me why the long delay. I called the next day and finally on the 3rd day I got a nurse or receptionist. She was very rude to me. She rudely asked why I wanted to see Dr. Wright. I said because I have narcolepsy and I wanted to see if he could help me more than my current sleep doctor was. Again she very rudely said I should just stay with my current sleep doctor and refused to even let me schedule an appointment to consult with Dr. Wright.

In complete frustration from a different sleep clinic including their doctor, I call MercyOne Sleep Center. From my very first contact with the office, I felt compassion, understanding and hope. Dr. Grant and the entire staff take the time to listen and respond. Every single phone call was returned on the same day, my concerns heard and addressed and my RLS is finally under control. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Grant and his staff. They truly care about their patients and the quality of their sleep. Thank you!

People are wonderful, but Every time I call to fill a script I end up going to vm and waiting 2-3 weeks or more at a time to talk to anyone and get my scripts filled.
