Unfortunately it is impossible to talk to someone. My husband and I have left SEVERAL messages trying to make an appointment for my son. I have had one response in the last 2 months, but was at work and unable to answer the call. My son takes meds and I am afraid he will be without meds for school. This is unacceptable.

I jave called many times trying to get my childrens medication handled after our current officed close. No on will return my calls, I jave signed the release papers and sent them back weeks ago. My children are now looking to go weeks without medication until they can get to their other provider when I was told this wouldnt be a problem before our other office closed. Terrible first impression.

To many things to discuss. I’ve left my concerns on my discharge papers.I’ve never been treated with such dishonesty and inhumane before. (That’s just some of my issuses)

The entire staff was excellent! I came a complete disaster and there was no judgement nor criticism! If you or someone you know is suffering from mental illness please go to Clive! My mentally ill son and I each separately and unknowingly called this provider shortly after they opened. When I described my son’s situation to them they tried to convince me to take him elsewhere.When he called they said they would have the proper person call him back and they never did.Their services as described are desperately needed in this community. I hope that what happened to us is simply start up glitches.

My son checked in & he was to give a code which wasn’t understood. So now I’m sitting here & worried about him with my hands tied!
